I cannot express how this is the best accommodation I’ve ever had in Indonesia, out of over 100. It was immaculate, gorgeous, the restaurant was amazing and so well located. It felt 5 star, truly!

10/10 breakfast and staff! Kids dream playground

Absolutely loved the staff. Location and the BREAKFAST!!! 10/10 BREKKY This is the most perfect place if you have kids. The playground is great and the pool you can jump from high up.

Unfortunately we had a bad smell from our room but it was bareable. And staff were always helpful and kind.

Comfortable boutique hotel in a great location.

Lovely accommodation right onto the pool, great food, and atmosphere at the restaurant. Pariss was extremely friendly and helpful.

Restaurant was a little overpriced, compared to other restaurants nearby.

Beautiful resort, great staff, excellent breakfast!

This resort is excellent! It’s small and private with a very nice, large pool. The rooms and bathrooms are sizeable. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast (from the attached restaurant) if you choose to add it, is INCREDIBLE. High quality and very generous. Mitha, the manager was an absolute pleasure and super helpful and friendly. She helped us book transfers from the boat and a snorkel excursion. Property was also very quiet, no roosters, no traffic at night. As for amenities, this is the far end of the island, there are plenty of things around (beach clubs, restaurants, convenience stores), but to get to Mushroom beach or other parts of the island is a bike ride or taksi away.

Minor complaints; Of the 3 rooms we booked, only mine had a no shelf in the shower, so the bodywash, shampoo etc was located outside of the shower. The switch on the shower between the overhead, hand hose and spout didn’t work. No bedet hose on the toilets.

Amazing resort & staff

Excellent resort in a fantastic location. We booked the 8 rooms so had private access to the large pool which was fantastic. Rooms were very large and clean. All staff were so helpful and always willing to assist us when needed. Breakfast and all meals we had in the restaurant were delicious and generous in size. A special thanks to Mitha who made us all feel so welcome and always helpful.

Bedroom and bathroom were clean. We had an issue with the aircon but it was sorted later. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Bedroom can be a bit smelly due to wood inside of the bedroom.

Guests need to know that the pool is not available if it is their main advertisement as it becomes poor value for money.

The staff were really friendly particularly Mitha. She was very helpful and welcoming. The property is in a busy location close to a lot of restaurants but we preferred the other side of the island which was beautiful.

The first photo of the accomodation is an amazing pool which was the main reason we booked it. Unfortunately it wasn’t available during our stay as the area was booked to a private group. There was not a great place to relax as the other pool is small without sun loungers and gets no sun. The room also smelt musty, they don’t get any sun.

not well managed, vibe is off

The pool is lovely. The rooms are lovely.

I travel a lot. The staff here are not kind or welcoing, it feels like the team is afriad of management and the welcome host spent 10 minutes giving us rules of what we can adn cant do. Everything about the vibe was off. There is also a loud generator next to front where you have breakfast. I'd not stay or recommend again.

Jungle haven with live music and sizzling seafood platters

We stayed in Pondok Baruna Frangipani as a group of 10 people and very much enjoyed our time there. Mitha on reception was a fantastic host who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The facilities (swimming pools, bar/restaurant area etc) are sizeable and well-maintained, and the live music in the evening was an added bonus for us. The breakfasts were substantial and good quality, as was the food in the restaurant - we recommend one of the huge seafood sharing platters (served to the sound of a drum roll…).

Some of the rooms seem to have a slight issue with damp, mostly in the rooms in the building behind the swimming pool on the right hand side (unsure whether the cabins around the pool are affected). Installing better ventilation systems in the bathrooms might help.

Best breakfast ever!! Kids playground was a huge hit for our little one. Also the restaurant has great food and drinks. Staff is very kind especially to kids.

Our room was quite far from the big pool. We had a newer room and had to go through the restaurant to get to the nicer pool. I hope they will make a doorway in the garden wall.

Bad experience

It’s in the island center so restaurants are close by. The good at the restaurant shared with the hotel was good.

They lost our reservation and gave us a worse room. They tried to trick us with the price and then tom us that we had a 10% discount on breakfast at the restaurant because of the mistake, when everyone staying in the hotel had 10% discount. They are scammers. The room smell like rotten sewage. Don’t stay here.

Incredible value for money- highlight of our Bali trip

The room was beautiful and quite large. The balcony was big and spacious and looked right out onto the pool so it was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice of how great it is! The pool area was perfect for chill days lounging around. The restaurant onsite was affordable and delicious for both dinner and breakfast. The live music each night was also so great that we spend 2 out of 3 of our nights here. The staff were just incredible- Mitha went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect and that all our activities were great. We booked a snorkelling trip and hired bikes from the hotel too.

A one centimeter gap in the wall between our room and the neighbor. Drainage from the basin (and the room above) went into the floor of our toilet. Hence smelly, dirty water at times. Very damp - no direct sunlight by the rooms means nothing dried. Loud live band in the evening meant we decided not to try the excellent restaurant for dinner.. rubbish area behind the pool slightly negates ambience

The pool area was very nice, the night ambient was very cosy with live music. Breakfast had good choices and was tasty.

Cute place with awesome breakfast!

It’s a nice room, nicely decorated, however a bit dated and could do with an upgrade. Altho it was nice to have a patio by the pool which was nice. The location is good for access for main street with restaurants, and their breakfast was the best! So many things to choose from and was all delicious! They have a bakery there so fresh croissants every morning if you like. Also you can order food in the restaurant and they bring it to you to your room if you want, which was nice! Akbar was great in answering questions, organising trip to Penida too! However he gave away our scooters to someone else even though we said we will take them in the afternoon. It’s loud music every evening with the band playing but we liked it so no issue to us - pretty nice to be in the shower and have all sing alongs with the band. Overall - everything is good!

Amazing place to enjoy Nusa Lembongan

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The pool was absolutely fantastic and the restaurant had anl great menu and the food was amazing. Best of all Paris and his team were unbelievable, their friendliness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nusa Lembongan is awesome 🙌🏼

Breakfast was amazing and had a great choice to choose from. Walking distance to the beach and loads of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Highly recommended this place. The pool was so good to cool off after a day of exploring. You can hire scooters 🛴 for 80k a day

Best place in Nusa Lembongan

We loved everything! The breakfast was incredible and live music every night was so much fun. The food was incredible and the vibe was immaculate! We hardly had time to swim in the pool because staff were helping us make our way around the island and do the snorkelling with manta rays. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Breakfast amazing. We selected the included breakfast when booking. So worth it, lots of choices including vegan options. It is such a cute restaurant. Having the play area outside gave you the option of eating breakfast there if you have smaller children. Only eight seperate villas and a nice big pool. Felt very private and quiet.

Found the music playing in the restaurant loud from our rooms, especially one night in particular when they had karaoke. Went quite late, 10 o’clock.

Lots of facilities

The room was a great size and the bed was very comfy. The staff were helpful and provided us with a free shuttle. The pool was lovely.

We were right next to the restaurant and it was a bit noisy especially when it was the live music night. The bathroom was a bit smelly at first. Food at the restaurant was average and it was often busy with lots of children due to the play area so maybe not the best place for couples but we didn't mind.

Great set up for groups who still want their privacy!

Beautiful clean rooms with lots of space. We had 6 of the rooms booked out of the 8 and it felt almost like a private villa. Great pool and awesome having the Sampan out the front with a restaurant and live music most nights. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach

Don't recommend this place - very noisy and not the best vibe.

Comfy bed. They were gracious about us leaving and facilitated a part refund.

This place doesn't know if it's a a hotel, restaurant or club. We had to leave after 1 night due to the loud music every night which went on until 10.15 and is all you can hear in the room, this is full band followed by a DJ. They have the loudest music on the whole strip - very odd. The lack of reception is strange and feels awkward having to talk to restaurant staff. The pool also didn't look particularly welcoming.

Only slight negative is that the service is really slow for dinner & breakfast so you don’t want to be in a rush. Took 30 minutes for breakfast one morning which was tricky as we were in a bit of a rush to get to snorkel trip

Honestly, can't speak any more highly of this hotel. It was absolutely stunning. The food was some of the best food I'd had all holiday, pools are beautiful & room was also beautiful. I also travelled alone with my 5yo daughter and the staff made her & myself feel so welcome, very accommodating!

I had an amazing stay! The stuff is soo friendly, breakfast+ lunch amazing! Great location! Clean & beautiful rooms! Here you will feel like home. They helped me with activities , picked me up from.the ferry & booked me my return ticket to bali. Evrything was absolutely incredible! I also extend for one more night:) Will definetly come back!
