The owner and her daughter were available the whole time we stayed at the property and were always asking whether we were happy.
You must eat at their restaurant as it was the best food we ate in the island over the 8 days we were there.
We would stay there again.

This place is amazing. Their staffs make everything beyond amazing. Ubud is my favourite place in Bali.

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located. It’s clean and very directly staff.
The only downside is that the room has a part where a lot of mosquitos can come into the room and the A/C wouldn’t feel cold because of this same reason.
Besides the property is stunning and fun. Keep in mind the bar/restaurant area closes a bit too early
