Great location, stunning views from the pool & dining area. Staff were friendly
Close to lots of restaurants & shops
The hotel itself needs a bit of a freshen up. Cracked tiles on & around the pool. Pool decking has loose pieces of wood, very dangerous for little kids running around. The pool lounger cushions had some mould on them, we did draw attention to this with staff (they advised us they will be getting replaced in the near future).
Breakfast is okay, could do with a bit more of a variety. Bathrooms in the room itself is open air so home to mozzies, definitely use the net for the beds provided.
Boat transfers organized through the hotel were fine, no need to find others. We felt safe & were provided life jackets if we wanted to use them

The property is stunning, great service from pick up in Sanur and return. The location is ideal and having beach and pool access was perfect.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Location is good
It’s certainly not a 5 star. Probably 3 star at best. It’s very run down really need some renovation works done to it. Not what you expect from a 5 star at all.
