Unforgettable experience thanks to outstanding staff and a perfect location

We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. The team truly made the experience, especially the security and concierge staff, who were welcoming, friendly, attentive, and delivered elite customer service throughout our stay. We enjoyed getting to know them and would genuinely return because of the people alone. The location is fantastic: central and within easy walking distance to cafés, restaurants, and shops around Nusa Lembongan. The team also went above and beyond to assist us with scooter hire and organising a boat trip, where we were lucky enough to see manta rays, an unforgettable experience.

A message for hotel ownership: One area for improvement is the condition of the property itself. While the staff do an excellent job maintaining the hotel, the buildings, decks, and fittings are noticeably dated and did not fully match the impression given in the photos.

We loved almost everything

We think the breakfast isn’t up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Would suggest more options of cereals like muesli and yogurts and alternative milks also. And more selection of fruits

Hi there, My name is Ana, I’m a native from Newzealand This place was absolutely wonderful, I can’t fault anything, the beach is beautiful relaxing, you can hire a bike, they have onsite diving and massage services. The service level is amazing Staff would always greet you at every turn, also they went above and beyond My keys were left in the room, they not only did they notify me as soon as they found them, they sent them all the way to me in Seminyak Thank you for taking care of me 🩷

Wouldn’t stay again

A lot of aircon in our room barely worked. Fan didn’t work. Breakfast was first in first served meaning that if the bacon tray or any other trays empty for the buffet breakfast staff would not check when things were getting low and restock when needed. Had one person cooking eggs and you would have to wait up to 20 mins for your order of eggs or omelette to come and then it would be wrong. Also on our 6 night stay our room would not be cleaned until 4pm at times and clean towels not given. Oh the list goes on and on!!

Outstanding stay - Beautiful property and great value

Amazing value for the price. The staff were all super nice and welcoming. Loved that the rooms had private pools, and the semi-outdoor bathroom was a cool, unique touch. Great location, great amenities, awesome pool, restaurant, and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. They organized some great tours for us and every activity we did was fun and kinda exactly what we were looking for.

Very disappointing. Run down, not the cleanest, took medical emergency to get wifi to work.

The location was good.

Nightmare! Collected from boat 2 hours late after transport had been confirmed several times. TV and wifi didn't work, aircon dripped water onto floor. They didn't change the towel we put down once during our 5-day stay. Decorative drapes around bed, filthy. Overall cleanliness was very average. Safe jammed, couldn't open it. Basically, not a lot worked. Room servicing was advertised as twice daily but was only ever done once. Had to ask to replace towels they took. Outside of villa was never swept, walking the dirt into the villa which had no mat at the door. Outside table never cleaned. New Years eve they ran out of ice and some alcohol. Restaurant food was very average. Breakfast was first in best dressed or you missed out. Couldn't get a cold drink because they couldn't find the key to the fridge. It took a medical emergency to get the wifi fixed because without it I couldn't receive medical attention without my consent. Needed wifi to do this and for the doctor to come. And the list goes on. Huge disappointment! Would never recommend this place. The constant issues, which by the way were only ours, our friends had other issues, this whole experience put a huge dampener on our holiday.

Brilliant, will return

Loved the exclusive carriage from Sanur to Resort, nicely surprised that this was not for the public, exclusively for guests.

I had to press for restaurant items to be added to my bill for settlement before departure. Apparently, this was not the usual practice, a PAYG system. On reflection, I can appreciate this was a prevention strategy for 'free loaders' coming in from elsewhere and not being accountable unless via PAYG but we were hounded for payment for our initial lunch while we waited from 10.30 - 1.30 between arrival by boat and room readiness. I was aghast that we were readily identified as the couple who 'not paid their bill' - until I challenged the procedure. The response from the maitre d' was extremely polite about the misunderstanding of the usual practice at your resort, not spelled out to us on arrival. We added restaurant charges to our bill by arrangement after this, a more usual procedure at other establishments.

Amazing experience staying here

Every single staff member was so incredibly polite and welcoming. They even gave us a Balinese blessing when we arrived which was very special. The property was a perfect location to anything you need including swimming off the beach right out the front of the resort where we snorkelled several times and saw so much amazing wildlife. The room had an awesome Balinese vibe and the activities available nearby that we took part in left us with precious memories we will keep. So many restaurants with amazing food within a short walking distance. Highly recommend

Only thing we can say is that they did not provide us with fresh bath towels for our 5 nights stay, however they had enough swim towels. They can also maybe invest in something for mosquitoes- repellant or plug in for the rooms.

Stay was pleasurable, staff freindly and location was perfect!

Great location, our room had its own plunge pool and was very private and quiet.

Aircon was noisy and not very good. I did point this out on checking in to room. Main pool lots of broken tiles. Deck area was in need of repair. In general the place needed maintenance looking a bit tired.
