When we arrived we were welcomed in Reception By Suwandita and staff were very helpful. Communication was via WhatsApp and that was good. Jack the driver was particularly helpful. We booked this special place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I asked before booking was it possible to get a bottle of champagne and fresh orange juice on a floating breakfast for our anniversary breakfast. They said this was possible. On arrival after talking with staff it turns out that champagne was not available only sparkling wine. After various communication with the restaurant staff (Novi) she pulled out all the stops to get me the champagne. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend this special place for a wonderful vacation. ❤️ Big thanks to all the amazing staff

Beds and cushions are not as comfortable

The location, the view and the price. The staff were very friendly and happy. The driver Jack who picked us up and dropped us off at the yellow bridge was exceptionally helpful and obliging.

The food was a bit tired, it didn’t seem that fresh. Presentation of the food could have been more creative. There was no real communal area to hang out in the 2 bedroom villa. The pool area needed proper sun beds and an umbrella. The only little lounge in the shady area was mouldy. The decking and timber outside is peeling and needs maintenance.
