Kov Ceningan

The location of The Kov was a key factor in determining my stay. having read the reviews of previous customers, I was very comfortable to book.

That I can see some potential issues in regards to new buildings be established, it will potentially take some of the beautiful aspects from view.

Lovely pool, friendly staff, great smoothies, not far from anything, spectacular view from pool / bar area.

Harsh, cold LED lighting in the room - with the lights on, felt like I was about to undergo surgery! Chair in room too low for the desk (!) and not comfortable… decor underwhelming especially by Balinese standards. Building not well designed does not take best advantage of potential views. Rooftop bar not operational. Burning plastic trash at night sent toxic smoke into the air.

The apartment was perfect it’s in a great location. So many areas for people to sit near the pool and the views were stunning. The apartment looked newly renovated with excellent air conditioning. The lovely staff member on duty went out of her way to assist us with any questions. She is a real asset to the property ☺️

We did have a leaking basin in the bathroom which they came to fix straight away.

The room was clean with working ac and warm shower. Breakfast was good, Spectacular view from pool and bar area. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room offered no basic amenities like tv or water kettle. Wifi was not working for days. For the time it worked, it was spotty and slow. Resort charged an additional 20% in taxes and resort fees upon arrival. That is on top of 10% tax from booking.com.
