Strand zum Schwimmen eher weniger geeignet

Heel mooi groot luxe schoon huisje aan het strand van waaruit je lekker kunt snorkelen. Ook fijn zwembad waar je lekker kunt relaxen. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid. De receptie regelt alles voor je en zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie zonsondergang ook te zien ‘s avonds en dolfijnen gespot in zee. Ik mocht met de ceremonie mee doen in de ochtend want het was volle maan en daarom deden ze dat.

Liepen wel wat zwerfhonden ‘s avonds op het strand maar gelukkig geen last van gehad ‘s nachts.

Todo. El hotel es encantador. Tiene una ubicación privilegiada, sales de la habitación y estás en la arena. La playa es prácticamente privada y se puede hacer snorkel. Muchas cantidad de peces y corales. Las habitaciones están super limpias, el personal entra a limpiarlo a diario y ni te das cuenta. La amabilidad que tienen es insuperable. La única pena que tengo es no haber pasado más días allí, si alguna vez vuelvo a Nusa Penida, tengo claro que será mi alojamiento

The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean with a beautiful setting and view.

The staff were under trained, not easy to communicate with, often difficult to find someone to assist. No iniative taken, if they see you sitting by the pool they don't offer you a menu or drink. Management of the staff was poor it seems. The flies! Not sure if it was the time of year we went (December) but there were sooo many! Makes the stay quite unpleasant and ordering food just off-putting. The trash pile as you drive into the hotel's driveway is also terrible and something should be done about it. Our first impression driving in was not a good one and we considered canceling our stay on arrival. Sure it does not help with the fly situation either. For the beautiful location, the hotel does not offer any sort of activities, not even a set of mask and snorkel. They out source it from somewhere else which takes a while to organize. Overall a beautiful hotel that could be so much more!
