Beautiful spacious room with a fantastic view. The breakfast was wonderfully fresh and delicious! Our host was lovely and helpful.

Our ensuite room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Mary was an excellent host and clearly pays a lot of attention to detail. The continental breakfast delivered to our room each morning at an agreed time was delicious and very nicely presented. From each guest bedroom there is a stunning view across Oban Harbour to Kerrera and Mull. Although there is no off-road parking, there are designated parking spaces immediately outside. Thank you, Mary, for a most enjoyable stay.

For my wife, Sarah, and me, everything was perfect. However, as Mary acknowledges, access to the guest bedrooms would be challenging for people with mobility issues, in view of the steps and slopes from the gate to the entrance and then from the entrance to the rooms. For my wife & me, this was a small price to pay for the stunning view once you reach your room.

The host, Mary, was very nice and the room was comfortable with wonderful view of inner Harbor and the islands.

A very comfortable b/b, within walking distance of the centre of town, train station and ferry terminal. Mary was an excellent host doing everything to ensure an enjoyable stay. The room had a superb view out over the rooftops to sea. Breakfast served on a tray in your room, suited me - fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, orange , toast etc. Up for an early ferry, I was given a packed breakfast to to take with me. The room also had tea, coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Lovely en-suite. Everything was immaculate.

I have no issues at all. The steps up to the house would cause problems for those with mobility issues, but the owner openly advises people of this.
