The whole experience of staying at Gramarvin B&B was lovely from start to finish. Beautiful outside areas to sit and

The room and bathroom were both beautiful, immaculate and well presented. The view from our room was amazing. We had a gorgeous window seat that we sat on each evening just watching the view, boats and ferries, very peaceful.

There was not anything to dislike about the property. The hosts Mary and Joe were friendly and helpful. Always found time to chat. Yes you had to walk uphill to get to the property and yes there was quite a few stairs at the property but we were aware of that at the time of booking. The view from the window was worth the climb.

A very nice B&B, only marred by steep hills and lots of stairs.

Mary was a wonderful hostess and made effort to help us with packaging up our breakfasts for the days we had early tours.

I have to admit that the hill climb AND the many stairs required to get to the room were a bit challenging!

Best B and B we've had in years!!

Mary, the proprietor could not have been more friendly or accommodating. We requested a take-away breakfast on Day Two of our stay. She supplied us with enough food for two breakfasts for two days! The room/bathroom was immaculately clean. The view of the Oban harbor was spectacular.

There was NOTHING we didn't like. It was perfect.

We had an amazing stay here and would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Oban.

Breakfast served in the room was perfect. I felt 8.30 was a bit early for me personally for breakfast, we asked for this to be a bit later and this was not a problem. We loved to come back after our day out and chill in the room with a glass of wine with the most spectacular views over Oban and the Islands..

A Fantastic room with a view

The room Emaculate, spacious, views fantastic, room well equipped with everything you need, fresh milk for coffee etc instead of UHT pots lovely breakfast brought to your room every morning host was always there for assistance or queries This B&B has so much attention to detail and so many extra above. That no other establishment even thinks off.

Exceeded our expectations

The view from the window seat in our room was fantastic. The breakfast delivered to our room each morning was a lovely touch. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if we are in the area.

Mattress was a little hard but that's just our personal taste.

We had a lovely comfortable stay with amazing harbour views. We would hope to stay here again and highly reccomend.

We had a lovely clean and well thought out room, pleasantly decorated and comfortable with a fantastic view overlooking the harbour. At night we could watch the sun going down and a beautiful sunset from a window seat. We could also see the same view from our bed when we woke in the morning. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and everything we needed included thank you.

There was nothing we did not like about this property. There are a lot of steps to bare in mind if you have any health or disability problems, but the owner does mention this on the booking.

A peaceful and well run B&B!

Mary was a gracious host, and welcomed us upon our arrival. We were able to check in quickly and she gave us directions to the town center where we could find a nice dinner. She brought our breakfast basket right when we needed it for an early start the next morning so we could visit Mull, Staffa, and Iona. The views over the harbor from our room were lovely. Thank you, Mary, our stay was wonderful!

The Ideal Base for a Stay in Oban!

I couldn't have been happier with my stay here. The room was large and comfortable, plenty of storage space... and this might sound like a silly thing to gush about, but there were so many plugs, plenty for me to charge my phone, my watch, my laptop. And the breakfast was excellent, the best way to start each morning!

Nothing at all wrong with the place that I can report. Only possible note I'd give is that the place is at the top of a very steep hill, with more stairs up to the entrance, so it may not be ideal for older travellers, or those with mobility issues. But that's no shortcoming of the B&B itself, just simple geography.

Fantastic place like a proper hotel room in B&B version 😊

Good spacious room, comfortable bed, everything good quality. Bathroom well designed with all the shelves, hooks you would need for toiletries, hanging up towels etc. The view from the room is just fantastic! Breakfast simple but great and varied. Owner very friendly! We will be back 😊

Oban 3 day break

Just an exceptional BnB. Mary is so friendly and has a real gem of a location. The views from our room were exceptional and the breakfast baskets superb. We will be back on our next mini break to Oban . Thank you so much for having us.

Exceptional

The whole b and b was immaculate, there wasn't a bit of the room or bathroom that wasn't spotless. Great size room, lovely modern bathroom and the view is just outstanding. The host couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Breakfast each morning was lovely and great selection. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Oban. Close enough to park the car and just walk down to the centre.

The bedroom was outstanding. Beautifully decorated and gorgeous views over Oban Bay. Quite a hike to get there but worth it. Nice continental breakfast brought to your room. All in all lovely place to stay.
