Fully equipped penthhouse for enjoy your holidays with family and friends!
Very well located, just 10 minutes walking to the Beach, also next to the bus stop. There is a public parking alongside the building, where you can park your car without problem and free of cost. Neighborhood new, very clean, quiet and safe.
Nearby there is market 2 times per week, with local fresh fruits, bread, cheeses and meat delights.
In just 5-10 minutes driving distance you can get to the main parcs of attractions as TERRA MITICA, AQUALANDIA, GOLF CLUB, MUNDO MAR and TERRA NATURA.
In 5 minutes walking distance there is a large Super market "Consum". In 3 minutes driving distance - Carrefour and Mercadona. There are several minimarkets in walking distance as well. And a lot of cafes and restaurants, opened from morning till night. And the good point is that you should walk 3-5 minutes to come to the cafes area, so the noises from there can’t disturb you while you rest in the Penthouse.
The apartment is equipped with all new appliances (air conditioning / heating system in all rooms, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee, machine oven, toaster), Wi-Fi, barbecue, towels, bedsheets. All for your use and enjoy.
Our apartment is not suitable for very young people under 25, who are coming for parties at home.
Families with children are very welcome! We hope you’ll have some great holidays in our Penthouse and will enjoy it a lot, especially the two huge terraces with amazing views to the sea! And don't forget about nice and lovely swimming pool area downstairs!
