The apartments were in a quieter part of Benidorm (La Cala) which we preferred. Lovely beach just across the road.
Had everything we needed in the apartment, plus a good sized balcony and view of the whole coast.
There isn't a daily maid service (which was fine - we can make our own bed!). Towels were changed once halfway through our stay. We had to take our rubbish out to the bins - again no problem. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from too.
The shower was a little bit small, but we managed ok.

I like that the apartment complex was on a quite area surrounded by restaurants and directly across the beach. One could walk to town and back through a walking promenade on the beach. The lady at the front desk was friendly. We asked to borrow a sun umbrella to go to the beach, and the gardener at the site got us one a few days later.
I liked that the site gave us two pairs of keys, it made it very easy to come and go out independently of one another.
The kitchen area was very small, very close together, not countertop to speak of for preparing and cooking meals. This was disappointing for me and challenging since our family most of the time eats in, not out in restaurants. If one's expectations are to cook and eat in the apartment, consider another place that has sufficient counter tops and kitchen space. It is advertised as an apartment, and my expectations were to have had a larger kitchen to cook meals on.
