Really good relaxing stay. Apartment clean but a bit tired

Right on the beach. The location is perfect, a bus stop is just round the corner and the No3 took us right into town .

I think a guide on how to get around, a few simple things like bus stop location and what No bus to take to get you into town. Also information about how best to get to and from Benidorm Palace. Directions to places of interest 😌

Really surprising stay.

The apartments are not new but perfectly good. Parking is hard nearby, so we rented a parking space for our hire car. The wifi is fast and good enough for a firestick. You have your own balcony which overlooks the beach. You are in a lively busy area right next to a bar/restaurant but the noise is not too bad. Earplugs for sleeping though. They are in a great beach location, (you are literally 1 minute from the beach). The beach is all sand and great for swimming in. For us the star was Raul (Reception) without doubt the most warm, friendly and open local we have ever met! He really is a nice guy. We wish you well and hope to see you again. Nos vemos de nuevo mi amigo!

Stay for week

The place is excellent, close to the beach max 25m, on beach beds are for 6€ each and parasol for 6€ for a full day. Apartments are in a very quiet place to stay, no disco around or loud pubs. To the shop Mercadona is 10min walk unfortunately uphill but worth going for fresh olives baguette for breakfast and not only. And the last but not latest, staff is very friendly. Thank you Romy for everything.

The location is perfect the rooms are a stones throw to the a.they have a bar which was closed. they could have told me

Location was amazing except they had closed the beech bar down for refurbs and not mentioned it. The view of the sea was obscured by the closed bar.

It was basic but functional, location was excellent but shame the bar was closed. shame about the view from the room I was given. The Aircon didn’t work but had a fan.

The location near the beach bedding & towels were white

It was dirty the apartment NO CLEAN IN 10 days . Mould in bathroom & round kitchen sink, balcony had a glass portion which we asked to be cleaned ( we did it ourselves) electric kept tripping . Lamp at side bed wires taped up . The canopy over the balcony was full of mould . The place is apparently closing later this year for renovations . They should not be renting them out . Room 103 is a health & safety hazard

A lovely apartment

The apartments were great, we only slept, showered and changed so all we needed. Very clean. A restaurant over the way was having work done so some mornings a little noise but didn't really bother us. We have never stayed that end before so it was a little further than thought but buses were regular. And we did walk a few times.

Bahia Apartment - Recommended

The location of the apartment was excellent, literally a stone throw from the beach, and the views were excellent. Quiet and peaceful but good restaurants and other eateries within walking distances, and you can walk further towards the main centre down the sea front or transport is easy to use.

I liked everything, but the apartment is basic but has everything needed and worth the money.

An enjoyable stay in a good location at value-for-money prices.

The Bahia has apartments on three floors. The lower floor is above street level, accessed by steps from the street. There is a lift serving the middle and top floors. All of the apartments have balconies facing Poniente Beach, accessed from the apartments via sliding, double-glazed doors. The lower and upper floor apartments have wind-down sunshades that cover the whole of the balcony. The middle floor balconies are shaded by the upper floor overhang, so all of the balconies are shaded from the sun and all are equipped with outdoor tables and comfortable chairs. Bed sheets and towels are changed regularly, and the general standard of cleanliness is very good. My studio apartment was surprisingly spacious. The bed-sitting area and bathroom are larger than you might expect,. There is a generous supply of storage spaces, cupboards, drawer units, and wardrobe, plus an indoor table and chairs.

The kitchen is very small and there are not enough power points, so that you have to keep unplugging one appliance in order to use another. The studio kitchens have a microwave oven, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, and a two-burner gas hob, but there is no oven or grill and very little worktop space. There are no laundry facilities. The cutlery, cookware, and tableware provided could best be described as basic.

Good location and view but some bad parts

Nice view of beach, big balcony, appartment small but head almost all basics.

Fridge was dirty, leaking water and turned off. Stove had security on but no instructions on how to use. Bed could be better. Adding some protection against bugs would really improve the place.

Quiet and safe area with beach easy access.

Mikela on reception was excellent and sorted out any problems very quickly. She explained everything and was extremely pleasant. A great asset to the new management which we didn’t know about until arrival. She was efficient in sorting out any problems and remembered our names. The bar areas were exceptionally clean and very friendly staff.

There was no daily cleaning as advertised but was explained upon arrival new management and towels changed every third day and cleaning once. Bins were not emptied from apartment at all however this will change once renovations take place.
