Started well ended in disaster

Smell no blind on the door shutter is broke door handle on the apartment door (apartment 5) must of had a massive water leak as there was visible signs of water damage an the door and door frame had swollen so was a massive struggle to open the door handle was nearly falling off shower door was hanging off partner fixed this shower fitting was leaking so partner had to tighten them up we struggled to get the apartment door open after we had been out for tea we was messaging the owners who wouldn’t answer calls would only message they live in Madrid and they had. I maintenance on call to help us get in we have a little boy my partner had to climb on the roof and get through a window which i luckily left open I was told they was trying to sort it yet wouldn’t answer the phone luckily we ended up getting in such a shame as in perfect location

Nice decor, central location, comfortable sofa bed. Great having a washing machine and some useful snacks and drinks left for us.

Floor was dirty, didn't have fresh sheets or towels during stay.

Really great location, spacious apartment with everything that we needed during stay . Kitchen was fully equipped and contact with the host was non problematic

Villa Jap review

As our apartment had a leak we were actually placed in Villa Jap which this review applies to. The villa is absolutely stunning and can't be faulted and only a short walk to the beach. The pool area is very stylish as are the kitchen/ eating areas and the suites at the property. All of the staff were brilliant, very welcoming and couldn't do enough to make our visit an enjoyable one. We would definitely recommend a visit here....you certainly would not regret it. The pictures made the apartments look totally different

No stay

I did not get into the apartment. I had sent Cristina a message at 14.06 to explain that i would not arrive until about midnight. My plans had all gone wrong and I missed my plane. I had to pay for another flight, which arrived much later. I know Cristina saw the messages, but did not reply. I tried to ring several times, but no answer. I arrived at the apartment around midnight, but the door was locked, so I could not get in. Two gentlemen came up to ask what was my problem and tried to ring her. They decided to take me to the police station. The police were so helpful and they tried to ring, but no answer. They finally got me booked into another hotel close by and I had to pay 39 euros and this was now 1.30 am. I am an older lady and this was all very upsetting. I feel I should have a refund for the 40 euros I paid to Apartamentos JAP Pino. I await your swift response. Carole Cull.

we had a lovely time but it would have been better if there was a closet and the bed didn’t collapse.

The flat seemed brand-new and was beautiful decorated. It had a lovely kitchen, nice bathroom and an interior terrace. The location was perfect in a quiet street but near the old town of Benidorm and the beach.

it had no closets, wardrobes or even hooks to hang up clothes. No room anywhere to put your clothes. we were no able to close the curtains to keep the morning sunlight out the sofa bed didn’t work and kept on collapsing on my friend while sleeping in the bed. the password for the WiFi was very long and didn’t work.

No tenía nada positivo.

Hicimos una reserva para pasar 2 días con mi pareja en el apartamento de la calle Pino 3, en Benidorm. Hasta que recibimos los códigos el día martes 11 de febrero a las 15 horas todo había sido correcto. Una vez que llegamos, entramos con el código y no podíamos creer las CONDICIONES LAMENTABLES en la que se encontraba el sitio. El sofá estaba roto y todo manchado, el suelo y las paredes sucias, había un parche en el techo mal hecho y con moho por la humedad. Además la LIMPIEZA ERA INSUFICIENTE, ; los cristales y las mesas de noche con manchas y los muebles como por ejemplo la cama, no tenían nada que ver con lo que se mostraba en las fotografías. (ADJUNTO FOTOS). De inmediato nos pusimos en contacto mediante whatsapp. NO ATIENDEN LLAMADAS. Me dijeron que el apartamento 1, que ellos mismos asignaron, lo había elegido yo cuando había reservado. Eso era totalmente FALSO. Me insistieron que enviaría a alguien de limpieza y mantenimiento, cosa que no aceptamos porque el sitio no tenía nada que ver con el que ofrecían en el sitio web y que además de SUCIO, no estaba en condiciones. Eso se debe gestionar ANTES DE ALQUILARLO. Le propusimos que nos cambien a otro apartamento y no han contestado a la propuesta. Contactamos con booking y tampoco nos dieron una solución. Tuvimos que ponernos a buscar un sitio en 30 minutos. Imagínese el estrés y lo que tuvimos que pagar por buscar sitio para el mismo dia. Lo lamento pero mi pareja y yo NO MERECEMOS DORMIR EN UN SITIO SUCIO Y EN MAL ESTADO como el que nos han intentado alquilar. Luego de unos días, Booking nos propone un reembolso de 10,00 euros porque no ha llegado a un arreglo con los apartamentos Pino. Nos tomaron el pelo.

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, cosas rotas paredes manchadas, las toallas y ropa de cama muy muy desgastada. La cama supletoria solo tenía una sábana para taparse siendo febrero. Las almohadas malísimas.
