Lack of communication

Location.

I didn't like that there was a problem saying my card had declined. I had to ring the hotel 3 times to resolve this. But booking.com kept sending me please update your card details even up to the day before we went. 5 other people had this problem to. I also contacted customer services about this, no one got back to me. Also I asked if we could have an earlier check in but again a received a message that I would be contacted in 24/48 hours. But again no one got back to me. I think booking.com is losing its personal touch. Maybe try in future other companies.

Not the best!

To be honest this is the worst experience i have had using booking.com. To start with there was several of us booking apartments and we all had the same issue with paying. It was a nightmare, emails, messages and phone calls! Even when we left yesterday my booking.com account still said card declined please make payment even though it had come out of my account weeks ago! I also requested from the apartments early check in and to book parking never heard back from them. So arrived early room was not ready ( ok never had confirmation to say early check in) so said it would be ready at 2 so we used the hotel bar and at 2.15 we went back and still not ready... but.. they offered us a free voucher for us both to have lunch in the hotel. That was very nice. we went back up and had to hang around for someone to show us to the apartments. firstly she took us up in the wrong lift to the wrong apartment so it just got later and later so we actually missed the Fiesta parade (ok we could have left our bags at hotel and gone without lunch but we didnt want to have to sort that out in the early hours when we had been drinking!) Which another one of our party did do and they had a nightmare with no one showing them how to get to the apartments but luckily bumped into another member of our party who showed them where to go at like 2am !!! Also there was no parking available so it cost us 38euro instead of the hotel price of 20 euro! The apartment was comfortable, although we literally slept their but the back door in the kitchen was broken and would not shut! Luckily it was hot and no mozzies about, i found this unacceptable.

Excellent apartment and value for money

The 5 bed, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment was very well laid out and comfortable. It's location was 5 mins away from Benidorm old town overlooking the park so it was very quiet. Bath and hand towels were provided. Value for money was excellent. Being linked to the Hotel Crystal meant you could use their facilities like the pool, bar and entertainment lounge. It also provided safe storage of our luggage on the day of departure.

There were very few cooking accessories even though the kitchen had a hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Eating in was not an option, not that that mattered to our group. We had to request a kettle and more cups so we could have drinks of tea and coffee. The bracket for one shower head had broken. Were it not for these issues my rating would have been 9 out of 10

was good location facing laguera park only thing when checking in maid took us to apartment she didn’t give us a code to get in so we’re locked out had to go back to Crystal park.

the apartments are exceptionally clean and well maintained - the only thing was there wasn’t any equipment in them such as cups crockery etc

the key system - the cards for the rooms didn’t always work - which meant we had to go to the hotel reception to have them reset constantly - the staff on reception weren’t exactly pleasant - in their defence they were very busy - it felt under staffed!!

Spacious apartment

The apartment was very spacious and modern with a view to the front of aguellera Park and I slept well for the entire stay.

There was no kettle (a basic kitchen requirement ) or toaster in the very tiny kitchen area, not a lot of space to make a sandwich let alone a meal. No tea towels either or deep bowls for cereal /soup. So if you are thinking of staying here then bring your own.

The hotel was in a great location with an easy walk to the nightlife of Benidorm. The rooms were exceptionally clean. There was plenty of choice at breakfast.

I loved how clean, warm and comfortable the place was. It was such a lovely apartment and the views were amazing as well. We had an amazing night here.

Everything inside of the apartment was lovely, there was nothing that we didn't like. However, it was quite confusing where we had to pick the keys up from.

The company was a nightmare, told me to collect card keys at hotel that was closed, then had to pay taxi again to new place to collect, then the key cards didn't work, charged me twice, got refund, people on the phones telling me to call this number, then they say no its the other number, just stressful to be honest .

Very stressful, not the easiest place to find

The apartment was clean and large it was great having the dog with us

The location we where advised to collect the keys (i.e address advised). We spent 2 hrs riding round Benidorm looking for the correct place to collect the keys. After getting the keys and actually finding the apartment we wasn't given the door code which meant after our night out we where unable to get back into the apartment we had to walk back to the hotel reception to obtain a door code, it wasn't a good place to be locked out with our dog inside, my wife was extremely stressed, also requested parking, no parking spaces, we would have had problems if either of us where disabled

Good location for old town

Sofa is the worst sofa ever seen. If there was more than one person staying there is only one tea mug and definitely unable to accommodate up to 7 as advertised. The rear balcony is in a dangerous state of repair with deep cracks in support columns roof and walls.

Very good

The apartments are very spacious and perfect for big groups or families. The location is very good, few minutes walk from the beach. Lot of restaurants near by. The staff in the main hotel where the keys needs to be taken is very friendly. We had also a nice surprise with some small compliments, like juice, water etc. from the property.

We were in the big apartments and on the first day when we arrived there was no hot water for everyone (the water heater looks a bit small). The communication with the property is only via phone, no mail, which on my opinion makes it a bit complicated. Only one pair of keys are given, which for big group is not very convenient, however you can take additional keys, you just need to leave a deposit.

Así hasta que consigues cerrar la reserva. - Lentitud en la recepción. No hay un trato adecuado hacia los clientes. - Enseñan el apartamento sin saber dónde está ya que no tienen personal suficiente y mandan a otros trabajadores que desconocen la ubicación. - Apartamento sucísimo, en especial la cocina. - Si tienes una avería como, por ejemplo, que pite el sistema anti humos de forma estruendosa y continua porque las pilas estén sulfatadas, hay que tener suerte y depender de que algún trabajador pueda hacerte el “favor” de intentar arreglarlo.

La ubicación es muy buena. IMPORTANTE: El aviso dice que tiene aparcamiento pero en realidad no hay nada. Publicidad engañosa.

Muy bien ubicado. La persona que nos atendió y nos acompaño al apartamento fue un encanto.

La puerta de una de las habitaciones no se podía cerrar. Apenas había cubertería y no había jabón ni estropajo. Había 3 baños y solo dos rollos de papel. Las sillas de la terraza estaban sucias. En algunas habitaciones no había persianas y con las cortinas entraba mucha luz por las mañanas.
