Spacious and clean, location great. Communication good.
Loved it.
The building work across the way from 7:45 until 20:00 each day. The noisy neighbours coming home at 5 am and shouting on the balcony. Office onsite was always closed (but always available on the phone).

Location good, air-con good, very clean, host very nice, everything you need. Fantastic help from Rental Benidorm's help desk enabling us to gain access before 4pm.
Building work, with a lot more to come, people smoking cannabis, all same sex parties (although apparently not allowed), very rude and arrogant Russians, 2 sunbed rule around pool, not being able to use grass area around pool, children shouting and running around after 10pm. No access to complex before 4pm,(so your basically left out on the street as no reception, etc).
