This apartment complex is a disaster during weekdays. The construction noise is terrible.

This apartment complex is a disaster during weekdays. It shouldn't be rented out then. The construction noise is terrible. This is mentioned in the fine print in the property description. A structural problem like this (which will continue until the end of 2026) should definitely be mentioned in the general description to warn people. Had we known this, we would never have booked. The landlord, Rental Benidorm, accepts no responsibility whatsoever. Disgraceful. Furthermore, it took us over two hours to find and enter the apartment. Rental Benidorm sent incorrect directions, links, and addresses. The address of their own office is also incorrect. This made us panic and suspect a scam. Fortunately, Booking.com later partially compensated us.

A lovely apartment

The apartment itself was lovely and clean, a little in need of TLC in places but it didn't cause us any issues. The balcony was the main star of the apartment, a lovely social area. Although seating wasnt the same as the pictures. The agent I spoke to re a taxi from the airport was always super helpful and responsive

Getting in to the apartment initially was a nightmare, we couldn't get hold of the agent (who did not reply until the next day) and the instructions were not clear or working. It was only because of another resident letting us in to the main door that we got in. The main pool was closed which was disappointing and one of the attractions of the apartment in the first place.

Accommodation great, but not agent,

No breakfast option

Arrived late at airport and taxi could not find the place as it wasn't on Google maps! After an hour of driving around my son got location on Apple maps, then at 3 am door code we were given was wrong one only for concierge we would not get in. To use pool you need a wristband which was not provided and had the embarrassment of being told to leave pool area, had to find someone and pay a deposit The taxi driver rang the agent and she couldn't tell him where property was.

Amazing apartment in a great complex and the rental staff makes sure you have all you need for your stay

The apartment complex is amazing, well located and full of amenities. The apartment itself is well furnished and had all the necessary “accesories” like salt, vinegar, dish soap and washing machine pods that you might not want to buy for a short stay.

Excellent apartment with fabulous views

Stunning views from the property. Nice layout with 3 good size bedrooms. Property was of a great standard & very clean. Location was fantastic close to the beach & some lovely places to eat / have drinks. The people that run the pool bar were lovely & have a great selection of drinks on site. Pools were fabulous & good to have the climatised pool! Special mention to Adriana @ the rental office who went above & beyond when she knew how early we were landing - great communication & very friendly! Thank you.

Super że mogliśmy wcześniej się zameldować, to mega ważne. Lokalizacja świetna, widok z tarasu doskonały, we wszystko wyposażony. Czysto, świeże ręczniki i pościele, ekspres z kapsułkami i herbatą na powitanie dwie butelki wody, ręczniki papierowe i chusteczki na wyposażeniu co nie żądło nam się zdarzyło już w BENIDORM, apartament nie jest mega nowy ma parę lat ale mimo wszystko zasłużona ocena 10/10. Skomplikowane wejście przez app ale klucze są dostępne więc nie ma problemu dla otwarcia/zamknięcia czy dostęp do całego terenu.

Obok buduje się nowy wieżowiec więc w weekend było super cicho spokojnie a od poniedziałku bardzo głośno. Ale na to nie ma nikt wpływu więc nie zaniżam oceny.

Hels lawaai!!!van 8u.tot 21.!!Boren Boren Boren !werken gestard voor een nieuw mega appartement. Ramen moesten dus dicht blijven ,Smorgens om 8 u wakker geboord, gedrild!!Enkel een uurtje ophet terras om te lunchen , als iedereen effe ging eten maar ook dat niet fijn wegens geen zonnescherm!! Siësta bij familie niet te doen.!!Ook maar een 1 persoons lounge zeteltje...als we na hethels lawaai na 22u nog effe op ons terras konden.Wij verbleven in omschrijving luxe appartemen.voor 4personen.😬

Todella upeat maisemat isolta terassilta. Päämakuuhuoneesta oma ovi terassille sekä oma, iso kylpyhuone. Mukava sänky ja tyyny nukkua. Keittiö ja olohuone modernit. Löytyi vähän pesuainetta, astianpesuainetta, shampoota ja wc-paperia. Kuntosali, allasbaari ja padel/tenniskenttä plussaa.

Allasbaarin ympärillä ollut uima-allas olikin suljettu 1.10. alkaen. Onneksi oli toinen allas. Etukäteen tilattu lentokenttätaksi ei tullut sovittuna aikana - otimme uberin 30min odottelun jälkeen.
