Good location but apartment a little tired.

The property was a little run down. Shower cubicle was broken. Cleanliness was not up to usual standard expected from Rental Benidorm. Pillows were heavily used and not supported.

Gorgeous location and property.hard to access with app and no human reception or help

The location and beauty of the property was perfect. In the Spanish area, lots of traditional places to eat and a 10 min walk to old town and 2 mins to beach. Lots of sunbeds and grass area to relax.

The entry system was timed and by an app. It was hard to understand; uploading app, each door has own action. It didn’t work on main entry and to our block. But somehow opened front door when downstairs! You get keys when in the property. But had to get maintenance to get in. Which took ages to find. This place has no reception and no one to help for taxi or advice. You talk to people on WhatsApp. Nowhere to leave luggage. No way of getting access a minute more than checkin time. No flexibility to access room early, even offered to pay. We were told we could leave bags at office of management company. They forgot to tell us it in the next town! 15 min time away from sunbed then they remove towels. Lovely place. But hard to access property, speak to a human and get a taxi. Also got told I had broken balcony sofa. Luckily I had a photo that it was already damaged. Asked for 200 euros. Removed charge after photo evidence.

The best stay in Benidorm with a great view over the mediterranean sea

In the apartment you have plenty of room, you get the master bedroom and another room with 2 separate beds, 2 badrooms and the big livingroom with the open space kitchen. Also the huge balcony with this panoramic view over benidorm beach. Not to mention the big swiming pools. You can relax from 09:00 to 23:00. The location is great, you have a big public parking space that is free, but also one free parking in the basement. The beach is few teps outside of the complex.

Disappointed with the access and no where to leave luggage on the last day.

Room was very nice, spacious and well equipped. Location good if like walking and want to stay in a quiet/safe area.

The access was useless - the entrance door code did not work and access via your phone only worked when on their WIFI. One key was in the room when should have a key each. Really poor set up for access plus on the last day, was locked in remotely. Was leaving just after the check out time, door locked and could not get out, extremely concerning and against fire regulations. Wanted 250 euros to keep the room on for 5 hours extra on the last day, so could use the pool and luggage was safe, refused then reduced to 150 euro's. Refused and stayed at a nearby hotel for less. No interest in looking after guests so come back - just interested in the there and now.

The location, pool, apartment and contents of the apartment were brilliant. As was the gym. Everywhere was spotless including the bar and toilets near the pool. Great place to stay and would recommend.

Downside to the really great stuff was the access. The app didn’t work very well to get into apartments, the main door and apartment itself. It was challenging and impacted a few of our group as were locked out. This would be a huge issue to older generation or anyone really as it was concerning without a key you could not get in!

Altra cool accommodation with fantastic amenities

Fantastic location, extremely clean, altra modern style apartment with friendly pool bar staff... also parking space available for our stay without paying extra fees!

The only single fault was the pool staff!... Silly strict pool rules mid week but no staff there weekends to police them!... not as its needed to be told to shower before entering the water!...

The location is excellent in a quiet part of the resort but not too far from bars and restaurants. There is a beautiful promenade that you can walk either way to get to other areas. The apartment itself is very well equipped and is to a very high standard. Views from the balcony are beautiful. Communal areas including the pool are very clean and well presented. We thought it was lovely

We struggled to find the communal bins. We were told that they were near the car park, but as we weren't using a car we had no idea where that was (we thought we knew where the car park was, but turns out we were wrong) It wasn't ideal to have to pick the keys up from a location that was a 20 min walk away as we didn't have a car we had to take our luggage with us. Luckily we could add the trip to our taxi on the way back otherwise one of us would have had to get up early to take it back and the other would have been locked out of the apartment waiting. Just something to bear in mind.

Apartment was perfect! Everything was clean and new. The pool and gym facilities were also very good. All in all the stay was 10/10 couldn’t fault anything. Adriana was a great, easy to communicate with and also let us have a late check out at a small cost. 🙌

Beautiful apartment, felt like a millionaire :)

Luxury apartment with underfloor heating/air conditioning large balcony, on suite bathrooms, large modern TV, Strong Wifi, modern kitchen, washing machine room. Also access to gym, tennis/basketball courts, heated pool and jacuzzis. Everything to high standard. The lift to take you up or down to the beach.

Few very minor problems. As the Sunset Cliffs is a residential block and not a hotel my coach company insisted on dropping me at the Sunset Drive Hotel which was nowhere near, luckily I managed to move the pick up location to Hotel Poseidon Playa which is much closer. Sadly the larger heated pool wasn't open and other jacuzzi which was probably due to the dust from the construction of the second tower of the hotel.

Brand new apartment with partial views to beach

Brand new apartment on 3rd floor. It is on second line so view to the beach a little obstructed, but we knew that in advance. Underfloor heating in bathrooms.

The mattresses on the master-bed (160*200 cm) were higher in the middle than in the sides, resulting in a constant feeling that you are about to be rolled of the bed.. A little weird, because beside this, the beds and linen seems to be of good quality.

L’appartement est magnifique, propre et hyper bien situé à moins de 5 min à pied de la rambla et de la plage. La vue depuis la terrasse est hyper agréable ! Les piscines sont supers. Nous avons vraiment pu en profiter en cette période de vacances de la Toussaint probablement plus calme qu’en plein été.

Honnêtement rien. Tout était parfait. Une seule chose nous a un peu embêté : notre vigik ne nous donnait pas accès à la salle de sport alors que normalement c’était en libre accès. Heureusement un gentil monsieur m’a ouvert sans avoir à passer par le contact de la location qui est toutefois très accessible via what’sapp

Дуже не просте заселення .. цілий квест як попасти в квартиру і відчинити паркінг !!!! Ми багато подорожуючи майже 40 хв розбиралися як це зробити … це не просто !!! Погано що басейн не працював зранку а відчинявся після 11-00 ! Тобто після виселення ! Тому якщо ви хочете гарні фото вам потрібно знати це !!!

Lo que menos fue que bastante complicado cuando llegas para encontrar el apartamento y que hay muchas puertas por todos los lados para todo, habitación, piscina, garaje, etc... Tuve que llamar varias veces a la Oficina para que me indicasen.
