The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need: iron, toaster, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, washing up liquid, shower gel, etc.
The view is amazing, 4th floor which is quite high in this building. We stayed in March and the apartment was warm enough, we didn’t need the heating. Kids loved the heated pool outside.
The noise from construction site nearby didn’t bother us too much.
20 min walk to the old town, 3 min walk to the seaside to grab a coffee and have some local food.
Once you get in the apartment via online links, you find the physical keys inside, so won’t have to use the phone anymore.
The guys near the pool are quite helpful.
No complaints.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Views across Benidorm were stunning. Pool was amazing! Loved the balcony ❤️
Nothing to do with apartment or rental but Jacuzzi by the pool was not fully working and we only managed 2 sessions.
