Lovely apartment would NOT recommend for groups and a bit far out to walk to for the things we wanted to do

The property was beautiful, spotless and well equipped, amazing views

We were a group of 6 with only 1 key 🙈 you have to get through a security gate ( key needed ) then another locked door to lifts then door to apartment , they give you a link on your phone , which on occasions didn’t work , security were not helpful at giving us access when phone died even when we had wrist bands on to prove we stayed there so wouldn’t recommend for groups

Fabulous bright apartment, but access wasn’t an easy process.

View was fantastic and a good size balcony

Entry and exit procedures, had to find a parking spot outside to then walk up 22 steps to gain access, then collect key, return to car to park and it’s on a one way road, so had to drive around the block to then park the car.

Fantastic apartment complex

The 3 bed apartment was spacious and spotless, everything in it that you would need for a family trip. Beds were very comfortable, and such a gorgeous view from the balcony 🤩. The pool is heated which is great and the snack bar was reasonably priced.

Stunning apartment/ access an issue

Spacious and spotless with 2 good bathrooms and excllent balcony for group of 5 friends.

Access is a problem only 2 sets of keys one took alot of wiggling in lock to work. Very confusing to work out the buildings on arrival a site m ap would help as you have to pick up keys at a seperate location and noone attends. Lots of rules at the pool e g you cant lie on your lounger and eat a bag of crisps crazy. No shelf in shower for your toiletries

Wonderful gem of an apartment

The apartment is located about a 30 minute flat pleasant walk to the old town so you are out of the busy side of benidorm.which is what we wanted. The pool facilities were wonderful, staff very friendly & helpful especially the pool bar man. The beach was a 5 minute walk . Perfect location & beautiful well equipped apartment. The complex was extremely secure & very well maintained, it is a new complex so everything is pristine. The staff. Corina in particular at the rental office where we collected the keys from was so accomadating, we were able to leave our cases in the office & make the most of our first & last day due to flight times not being very convenient with the check in/out times of the apartment, she was so incredibly kind & it really helped us make the most of our holiday. The photographs are a true representation of the apartment. We made full use of the beautiful balcony, the views are fantastic. You will not be disappointed with this booking

Until the last day we had difficulty with taxis , but we eventually sourced a very reliable firm & used them a few times.. You just need to be aware it is a little out of the way, but in saying that there were plenty of little restaurants & bars within 5/10 mins walk of the apartment. A couple of things which might be worth noting, we were supplied with a hand towel & bath towel each, no spares but there is a washer & tumble dryer & wash tablets were left so we washed them ourselves, no pool towels were available in this apartment, but plenty of shops to buy them from if you were short on luggage space. ..

Amazing!

We stayed with friends and were Wowd on arrival. The apartment is stunning! The views are breathtaking and we didn’t want to leave the apartment. The instructions for key pick up and communication throughout our stay was brilliant and stress free. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The grounds of the apartment were stunning and the heated pool and hot tub was amazing. All staff around the apartments were friendly and helpful. The apartments were quiet and we were able to reach Benidorm old town by a 20 minute walk on the front. We would return in a heartbeat and will be booking again in the future. We have found a real gem!

Cool apartment with amazing balcony and views

Amazing balcony with fantastic view. Wonderful heated pool that was like a bath. Great location near the beach. About 20min walk to the old town but plenty of nice restaurants etc on the walk there.

Could have done with a coffee pot. Had a pod coffee maker but only 2 pods between the 4 of us!

El sistema domotizado que tiene, la verdad que es muy cómodo y así puedes hacer el checking a la hora que tú puedas llegar sin necesidad de ir con prisas.

No quiero decir que no me guste, pero creo que el sistema de recogida de llaves, si se ospedasen personas mayores, creo que les costaría llegar hasta la habitación por todo el proceso de códigos que tienes que hacer, pero ojo que esto es una humilde opinión y a mí me ha parecido súper cómodo. Luego para utilizar las zonas comunes como el cine o la sala de juegos no puedes ir cuando quieras, tienes que reservarlas con tiempo para poder utilizarlas y si vas un fin de semana no puedes acceder a ellas…

Departamentos modernos y funcionales con buena ubicacion

Complejo de edificios super moderno y el departamento contaba con todo lo necesario. El check in y check out fue de forma remota. Cuenta con estacionamiento cubierto en el edificio. Muy buena pileta y a pocos metros de la playa. Apartado del centro de Benidorm, lo que lo hace más tranquilo.

Was ik maar wat langer gebleven! :)

Ik vond het fijn dat de locatie een beetje uit het drukke Levante-centrum lag, maar toch dichtbij genoeg om erheen te wandelen. Ik vond de rust van Poniente strand veel fijner. Ik vond het verblijf in een appartement veel beter dan in een hotel. Je hoeft namelijk met niets rekening te houden, slapen tot wanneer je wil , eten wanneer je wil. Het is me zeer goed meegevallen en volgende keer reis ik zeker weer zo.
