Nice apartment but wouldn’t stay again

Nice modern apartment with good sized balcony

Very noisy due to building work right in front of us which will probably take away the sea view once finished! Hosts not helpful at all, we asked for an early checkin and even though the apartment was already cleaned and empty, they still refused! We also asked if the twin beds could be made up as a double, which they also refused!

The bar at the pool only opens weekends which was a shame however when it was open it was lovely added to the ambiance with nice music! Great!

Excellent apartment with a huge terrace and luxury renovation in the heart of Platja de Ponent

I liked the complex's autonomy. You can enter the grounds with a code, and you can even access your apartment keyless via a special web interface.

Maybe I was doing something wrong, but I was having trouble with the gate into parking.

Lovely apartment complex

Clean, well decorated apartment. Lovely, large balcony with great views. Good pool area with loungers and bar. Close to Poniente beach. 20 min walk to Old Town.

Our flight time was changed which meant we had a few hours to kill after checking out. We thought we would be able to lounge by the pool and get changed in the public toilets. However, we were very quickly asked to leave. They did let us leave our luggage at their office, which was really appreciated, but it was a 10 minute taxi ride away so not very convenient and we were unable to freshen up for our flight. A little flexibility would have been appreciated.

Very modern ,very clean , comfortable beds, great views , pool and bar was good ,

Getting the keys is quite far away from the apartment approx 1.5 km away and parking is a nightmare when you lick and drop them off and then having to go all the way back to return the keys so all in all 3 km to pick and drop the keys , and finding the way into the apartments was quite difficult , took 50 minutes to walk to the old town ,got a taxi back and it cost 8euros

Excellent weekend stay

Fantastic modern and value for money could not fault, the balcony was brilliant for sitting out there morning/evening. Good secure parking also was great and location was perfect for what we wanted on the stay. Will definitely book again with our children in tow this time.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment with great balcony, nice pool and good location within about 15 minutes' walk of old town.

A few bits of maintenance required - the utility area door handle fell off the first time we opened it, as did the security lock on the front door and the iron was broken. The internet didn't work for the first day but was rectified on the afternoon of the second day with a visit from a technician.

Exceptional!

This place was absolutely fantastic, it was an absolute find in Benidorm. Swimming pools were fantastic, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Also allowed us to bring our dog which was amazing and on-site parking.

I liked everything. The apartment is beautiful with a view of the sea and in a great location. There is more than enough space. Unfortunately, our pet suffered some damage, for which we are very sorry.

Sunset Waves No decepciona nunca.

Ubicación. Parking incluido aunque en el exterior. Comodidad. Los jacuzzis exteriores con agua caliente. No le faltaba ningún detalle. La terraza maravillosa. Los 2 baños de lujo. Cocina super equipada. Seguridad del complejo.

Cama algo dura. La próxima vez cogeré uno unas plantas más arriba. Piscina exterior climatizada pero agua muy muy fría. 2 pulseras para 4 personas aunque en principio íbamos a ser 5. Para jugar al pádel necesitas una aplicación de la comunidad donde reservar pista que no teníamos. Las vistas con las obras en un 4 no son las mismas.aunque no eran malas. Acceder al parking sin mando a distancia fue tedioso. Nos llegamos a juntar 4 vehículos y no pudimos salir hasta que llegó uno con mando a distancia. 10 minutos esperando para salir y entrar. El palito que te dejan no funciona. Eche de menos un trato más personal en el check in ya que todo se hizo online y no fue sencillo aunque la comunicación fue excelente en todo momento.

Nos alojamos tres noches en Sunset Waves Benidorm y, en general, fue una muy buena experiencia. Puntos positivos: • Apartamento amplio, moderno, muy limpio y bien equipado. • Cuarto piso con unas vistas preciosas y una terraza enorme muy agradable. • Cocina bien equipada, práctica para una estancia en familia. • Ubicación ideal: a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa y de los restaurantes frente al mar. • Sorpresa agradable: había una cuna disponible, aunque en el anuncio se indicaba que no había. • Aparcamiento justo al lado, muy cómodo. • Conjunto residencial moderno, seguro y bien cuidado.

Puntos a mejorar: • La cama no era muy cómoda, aunque suficiente para una estancia corta. • Solo nos dieron dos toallas grandes y dos pequeñas para una familia de cuatro. • El check-in es a las 16h y el check-out a las 11h, lo que deja poco tiempo para aprovechar el último día. • Las pulseras obligatorias para circular por el establecimiento deben devolverse, de lo contrario hay una penalización de 50 € cada una (algo incómodo). • Obligación de tirar la basura antes de salir, aunque los contenedores están un poco lejos.

Todo: vistas, apartamento, camas, balcón, piscinas, ubicación , menos la entrada al piso.

No me gustó que se entrara a las 16 es muy tarde y debes esperar y no puedes dejar las cosas, porque tardan mucho en limpiar, y la recogida de las llaves y la entrada al piso es incómoda, tienes que hacer mil millones de cosas para poder entrar y pierdes mucho tiempo. Hasta cuando estás dentro, para entrar es una odisea.
