The location

After pre checking in on line the key collection took 40 minutes, and I was the only one at reception desk-the staff did not seem to know what they were doing then gave us the key to the wrong building.All up took us just over 1&12/ hrs to finally get into the apartment. The apartment was sparse very large but no decor. A lot of the appliances did not work.The dishwasher was mouldy and rusty! All up not a great experience and would not stay here again.

The property was lovely on first impression the apartment was badly equipped 1 key and four door cards for 3 adults 1 teaspoon 2 plates all the rest were shallow dishes no sharp knives tin opener pellet it made it impossible for cook a meal two bath sheets for 3 adults contacting me property to inform that that water is coming through the bathroom ceiling I couldn't get through on the number over all a very dissapoint experience my husband is disable and the overall experience made him Ill

first property had to go in a taxi to collect keys costing me 26 euros return no pickup location in la Cala finistrat first morning property above us had work men in lots of noise went to life when opened hand trolly truck full of bricks had to go to another lift many phone calls got a transfer to another apartment which was ok apart from being 26 floors up Had one major night of bad weather storm type blow two chairs of balcony and some cushions did let them no Tony Henderson

We got upgraded to a much better room with a great view. Apartment was very clean and spacious with big terrace.

We got upgraded probably because first we were sent on a 6km goose chase to get the key to the appartment, which of course wasn't there. The apartment itself missed basic things like cutting board; advertised washing machine, but had nothing to hang laundry on; wifi didn't work for our whole stay even though we informed them about it the first night and were promised it will be fixed next morning.

The balcony had a great view

The apartment needed a bit of TLC. The sofa bed was broken and dangerous. I wouldn’t let my daughter sleep on it. The air conditioning leaks. The balcony is covered in cracked tiles and the hot tub was covered in cracks and didn’t work.

Al rico aroma de alcantarillado!!!

Me gustó la ubicación, muy céntrico y de fácil acceso. Es de los más económicos y tiene unas buenas vistas a excepción de la obra qué está justo al pié del balcón.

Demasiado sucio, incómoda cama y sofá, había mucho polvo y ácaros, terrible para personas alérgicas. Había una peste insoportable de cloaca todos los días, para recoger las llaves tienes qué ir a otro punto de encuentro qué está a 15 minutos andando, no lo recomiendo para personas qué van sin transporte.

Апартамента е точно както на снимките. Ние не сме претенциозни и всичко което има в него ни харесва и е достатъчно за престоя. За нас мястото е уникално и отново ще се върнем там. Ключовете се взимат от центъра на Бенидорм което е на около 3-4 км. от апартамента, но мястото ми е много добре познато и нямам никакъв проблем да ида до града и да ги взема. Всеки ден апартамента се почиства от персонал. Паркиране на улицата като през лятото има доста платена зона. Магазин за храна на 5 мин. пеша. Плажа на 5 мин. пеша. Какво повече може да иска човек. Влюбени сме в това място. Благодаря на персонала за топлото посрещане и невероятният ни престой.

Lo que más me gusto fue que nos dieron el último piso pero lo mejor fue que estaban de obras en la fachada. Y levantarte y ver escalando al obrero!!! Y luego no poder salir a la terraza por si se te cae algo en la cabeza.

La cocina sin utensilios una copa y un vaso. La terraza inutilizada con una mesa sin sillas. Vamos son apartamentos para no prestar en ese estado. Pésimo.

No tengo nada positivo que decir sobre nuestra estancia, fue pésima

La limpieza deja que desear, el día siguiente no hicieron la limpieza con escusa de que tenemos un perro de 1 mes y medio que no les dejo hacer nada, un bebe que solo come y duerme. Al tercer día ni entraron al apartamento. Ni un estropajo para fregar los platos, un cubo para fregar y no había fregona la cual nos toco comprar. Una tabla de planchar y no hay plancha. Los utensilios de cocina sucios, las sartenes asquerosas, los cubiertos uno de cada padre. La cama te hundes en ella, el sofá cama es una esponja en la cual te dejas la espalda. La llave nos la configuraron mal y le toco a un muchacho venir a abrir con otra tarjeta, nos toco volver a configurar las pulseras y de nuevo nos lo hicieron mal y de nuevo nos toco volver al hotel donde hacen la recepción, si eso no fuera suficiente nos llaman que teníamos que pagar un suplemento por el perro y que nos ponían una camita y cacharros cuando ya lo habíamos pagado el suplemento por el y no pusieron nada. Tiramos a entrar en la piscina y resulta que teníamos que tener una tarjeta la cual no nos informaron cuando fuimos a recepción y pagar un deposito de 20 euros...
