A surprisingly cute villa gem near the heart of Benidorm

An absolutely beautiful and unexpected place to stay in Benidorm, a real hidden gem close to bus station and 15 minutes walk right in the heart of it all, yet surrounded by tall buildings that somehow make it feel like a little oasis. The apartment is light, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was amazing, and the whole place is beautifully furnished. The view is lovely, and it was wonderfully quiet, no noise after 10 pm and no party atmosphere at all, which suited me perfectly. The pool wasn’t usable during my stay, but it was January so that was expected. Good coffee machine, a fabulous fridge, and plenty of storage space throughout. A peaceful, stylish stay in a very central location. Highly recommended. I’ll be back with more people!

Sadly, there were a few downsides for me nothing I made a fuss about or lowered my rating for, but worth mentioning. On arrival, there was very little toilet paper, no coffee pods, and the bed linen didn’t feel freshly changed. There was a noticeable perfume smell, long dark hair on the pillow and in the bed, and the bottom sheet wasn’t fitted properly, which made it feel like the bed had already been used. The staff weren’t particularly friendly (ironing in the hallway and doing all the wash there I am glad I was upstairs and not next to them downstairs, and I also wasn’t very comfortable using the bathroom. There is a glass section between rooms 4 and 5 that share a very thin wall, meaning you can hear everything, see the light when the bathroom is in use, and even hear people using the toilet/shower/sneeze/speak an unpleasant surprise at first. That said, once the door is closed, it’s not an issue. It was also unclear whether guests were allowed to use the kitchen (which was locked with a code) or the main lounge. This place would be incredible if booked entirely by a group of friends, but when sharing with strangers, it’s a little less easy to feel relaxed in the common areas.

It wasn’t clean, hairs on floor, the faffing about to check in and that information is sent literally just before check in time. Very noisy at night due to the main road and roundabout. Blinds are not blackout so let in light.

There is nothing bad I could say about this property. It is amazing! I had the most lovely 3 day stay here, the room is lovely & spacious the bath is amazing!! Tv built in with Netflix etc… The swimming pool is amazing!! So so beautiful & such a peaceful place. Very clean & cleaners are lovely. Lovely fridge with drinks etc in it for you. Location is great about 15 mins walk from the seafront with lots of lovely places to see on the way down. Great for solo travellers too! Had a fab time & I will be back. Xxx

i liked the fact that the house is modern and with beautiful decor.

didnt like the fact that upon arrival the room was still dirty, and beds to be made. had to wait for an hour untill the cleaning lady showed up. and the next day i texted the hosts asking for the possibility to extend the stay for one more night or late check out, and couldnt get an answer from the hosts.

Confusing setup, misleading, and unprofessional management spoiled what could have been a great stay

It was just a 20 minute walk to the seafront. The rooms were tidy and clean with big bathrooms.

The property is advertised as a house but operates more like a hotel, with rooms rented separately. The listing shows shared spaces like the lounge and patio, but we were then told off for leaving things in there (flip flops, water bottle etc). We were also reprimanded for using a few glasses to enjoy a drink on arrival and accused of having a party because of the jugs and snacks in the shared space. (The cleaners took photos of these and sent them to the host in the morning). We booked four of the five rooms, and a solo male guest (not part of our group) arrived late on the first night and knocked on our doors at 1am asking for wine. When we raised this with the host (Cristina), she ignored it and instead falsely claimed there had been noise complaints about "our party" from “other guests” — who, in fact, were part of our group under a separate booking. They refused us access to the kitchen so we couldn't use any cooking equipment and we couldnt wash up or tidy up after ourselves. Only to have photos of our used glasses thrown back at us in the morning. Appalling. To add to the confusion, the cleaning staff made themselves coffee and ate in the shared areas in the morning. This place needs to decide whether it’s a villa or a hostel — it can’t be both.

Fantastic find!

The villa is very modern, exceptionally clean and a little piece of paradise. It takes you out of Benidorm to a different place entirely. So tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle without being too far away to join in. The beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are large. Toiletries and towels were provided. It was wonderful. Staff communicated well. I'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing holiday accommodation

Amazing villa, easy communication with the owner. The decorations of house is fantastic, the size and comfort of the bed perfect for resting. The swimming pool, a perfect place to chill and relax. The commons areas and the room are spotless, super clean and all amanities you need are there! In the room they give you an iron for the clothes a hairdryer, and beside the coffee machine in the kitchen you even have your own coffee machine in the room. The bathroom is spacious and with lot of light, just missing some hangers for towels. The kitchen has everything you need and all sort of coffee or tea to use in the morning, a big fridge is available for clients to store also their drinks or food. At your arrival they also offer you some drinks alcoholic or without alcohol as you prefer. Super kind cleaning lady, that takes care of the place. Always towels available by the pool. it's a perfect place to relax, but also a good point of start to discover around! Thanks for the awesome stay Cristina!

The great thing of this villa is that you can use the kitchen, oven, microwave and fridge...so you have the possibility to prepare your own breakfast if you desire ( as we did), that was a good plus. Only point down was that the stove wasn't working when we arrived, but beside that everything was excellent! There is not private parking for who is wondering...but in the streets around the house you can find easely parking, so not a problem at all, also because the area is super safe.

zeer goed en ruim bed, heel goede douche met zeep en champoo aangename en leuke binnenhuisinrichting, goede locatie tussen uitgangsbuurt ( niet echt mijn ding) en centrum ( gezellige tapabars) ( 20 min stappen naar beide)

-verwarmd buitenzwembad was een koude poel vol vuil! Misschien even vermelden dat dit enkel in bepaalde maanden wordt opgestart en onderhouden? -poets was onvoldoende, zeer vieze ramen, vrouwenharen in lavabo en op de grond. -met auto niet te bereiken op gekend adres via GPS, toegang enkel te voet via rond punt -toegangscodes kwamen laat aan -codes moeten ingetikt op de handgrepen van de toegangsdeuren, dat werd niet vermeld, en dan kan je lang zoeken naar een klavier. - ... mits dit wordt opgelost kom ik zeer zeker terug!!!

Un desastre

Estaba todo MUY SUCIO, el suelo de la habitación con suelo muy sucio, como si no hubieran limpiado para nuestra estancia, zonas comunes sucias, y gente durmiendo en el sofá, esto no es importante pero bastante incómodo, piscina cerrada y el jardín lleno de más suciedad y todos los cojines tirados por los suelos. Prefiero pagar más y que esté algo más cuidado todo. Un desastre con lo bonita que se ve la casa

Lo único la cama,grande y cómoda.

Para empezar,ofertan y te cobran por servicio no disponible,por ejemplo,piscina climatizada,no es tal ,ya que está tapada con una lona. Me quedé la suite,tiene que es en planta baja,me encuentro al llegar en la tarde,a dos chicas,una planchando en mi misma puerta,la otra con las secadoras pegadas a mi pared,y así no nos sentimos cómodos. En la primera vez que entramos al aseo y presiónar para el agua del WC,se hundió el botón y no paraba d tirar agua la cisterna,tubo que entrar la chica y quitar el embellecedor de aluminio para q soltase tirador y parar de salir agua. Para rematar,en la mañana teníamos q dejar la habitación a las 11,ok ,vale ,muy bien,pero por Dios! A las 10.20 ya estába la chica escoba en mano dando escobazos a pared y haciendo ruidos,no se nos hiciera tarde????madre mía.... Por lo tanto nos sentimos mal e incómodos.

La villa es muy bonita, se nota el mobiliario de calidad

Sucio llenos de polvo, no atienden las llamadas, no dejaron toallas ni papel higiénico, cafetera y teteras sin una cápsula ni un saco de te, calefacción en 30 grados, tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y en esa ubicación es imposible dormir por el ruido, vamos que la villa es preciosa pero mala gestión

Alojamiento bonito en Benidorm

Me dieron habitación en la planta baja, junto a la puerta de acceso y como venía por trabajo y necesitaba descansar me cambiaron a la planta de arriba. Fueron muy amables en todo momento. Decoración muy acogedora.

La bañera un poco incómoda, pues hay que ducharse con cuidado y aunque sale poca agua por el grifo se caía igualmente al suelo. Mal para aparcar. No tiene recepción aunque atienden al teléfono rápidamente.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA. Era como si hubiéramos entrado en una casa ya ocupada.

La habitación estaba ocupada por dos personas, fumaban,decían que también tenían otras habitaciones. Abrieron la 4 para ver si el inquilino se había ido. Nos dieron una hab. SUCIA ,sin ventanas,con restos de manchas oscuras y pelos en las sábanas que,estaban sin cambiar. Tengo fotos. El wassap del apartamento no contestó. Ruidos de noche y de mañana.
