Staff was wonderful. Food very good. Shuttle van into Ubud central was very helpful everyday. But we could still walk places, too. We also liked the local village and being near the monkey forest. Liked the nature surrounding us and the animals, a real sanctuary for us.
Best place and hotel experience of our stay in Bali. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Beautiful gardens, large rooms, jungle feel, on edge of monkey park, friendly staff. Good breakfast and very accommodating of needs. Really good value for money.
Bathrooms and rooms a little dated, Good for walking in daytime but a bit far for walking at night. We did walk through the path by the monkey park in the dark of night but we're lucky to have a good head torch. The croacking frog was novel on night one but thereafter a pain as it croacked loudly past 11pm..
