Lovely stay, and comfortable beds.

Bed was very comfortable and nice having the selection of styles of pillows. And the thick curtains to block out light. Delicious buffet breakfast.

Bathrooms a little old. Swimming pool closed too early.

Comfortable room and great location

Great location, nearby ubud central yet far away from the noise and business. Room was comfortable and cosy and we were able to rest without worry. Breakfast was fine.

Wonderful resort with amazing facilities

The property is so nice. Great location south of the monkey forest near amazing restaurants and cafes, spas and shops. Everything you need is close by or no need to even leave the resort if you don’t want to. Rooms are a great size and the beds are amongst the most comfortable I’ve slept on. Staff are wonderfull and so accommodating.

Nothing this is a fantastic stay on all accounts can’t fault a thing.

wonderful thank you

We are a family of four (two children aged 2 and 4) and had a lovely time at the Ubud Wana Resort. The main pool is perfect for kids having the shallow section! many games were played here. Breakfast was great - lots of choices and lovely staff. The welcome tea was so refreshing on arrival and location of the property was on a quieter steer with great local warungs and eateries within walking distance which was great with the prams.

the set up of the family suite could have benefitted from having a larger table . there was no where to eat or sit with the kids to do drawing etc .

Confirtable and enjoyable, well located with lots of amenities and friendly staff

This is the 2nd time my family stayed here and experienced both accommodation- the rooms at the resort and the family villas. All rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. ALL staff were exceptionally friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them to meet our needs. We liked the private pool and also 3 large pools to choose from to swim in. the breakfasts were fantastic and catered to guests individual needs.

The street where it is located its by far the most clean and nice to walk around. The hotel has 3 pools divided among the building.

Breakfast.. bad selection and really poor taste. I always find the check in at all Asian hotels weird.. why do they need all your passports and checking room on check out.. weird also. Hate standing around for more than 3 minutes on checkin.. have the keys ready, hand over your credit card and move on.

a wonderful stay in Ubud, totally recommended!

staffs were friendly, even they took the time to remember your name. the room was excellent, clean and had a lot of space. location was excellent, close but secluded enough from the hustle and bustle of central ubud. the nearby neighborhood is pretty, a picturesque serene Balinese village.

I like it all, the pool couldve been better but its good already.

Everything , the location in Ubud is amazing near the monkey forest. We had to cross the monkey forest to go in center town . Only 10 min walking. So we did not visit the monkey forest lolol. The facility and the confort of the family room is amazing.

the swimming pool is ok ... But their should clear all surfacing floating ants every morning in order for people to enjoy it more. It wasn't that dirty but I was a bit reluctant to go inside because of floating fly wasps ...etc. It takes only 30 minutes to clean . then do it every morning.

Very good location in Ubud, room was large and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, plenty of water dispensers in the hotel to refill my water bottle.

The continental breakfast choices were a bit limited. No shower gel provided (only soap bar and shampoo were provided in the room).

Freindly spotless great value for money lovely staff so helpfull in every way pleasent kind..loved it so much we paid for an extra week? We will defo go back next year?? Breakfast out this world could not fault this hotel in Anyway??...

The location. Room was spacious.

It was too noisy and resting and sleeping was very difficult because of noises from other rooms. The bed sheets/ covers had blood stains on them.

the location of the resort is great as many shops and caffe or rests around

the villa is isolatef and far from the resort and as i have kids, didnt like it Also all monkeys arounds you so you dont enjoy the food without threads! breakfast is below average

Ubud Wonder

Holidayed at this resort five years ago and returned in July ‘22 following COVID. While the resort was slightly less busy than our last time here, it was still absolutely wonderful. Terrific spa experience, excellent location, new restaurants on the local street, close to day clubs at waterfalls, excellent staff. Just terrific.
