You could significantly improve the Hotel if you invested in new bathrooms. The water is either too hot when showering or only drops when cold… The bathroom Looks very dirty…when showering dirt comes out of the drain in the floor and the bathroom starts stinking. Wifi is Not in every room satisfying. When the room Service had cleaned our room, very often our clothes which we had on our bed got wet….

Not bad, but not so good too.. We had a nice stay but unfortunately our room was different from the pictures, bathroom is really old and not clean. No hot water most of the time. The room is full of mosquitoes.. Staff was adorable, good service. Food is good. Pool is enjoyable.

I understand that the Hotel is very old and needs remodeling, however for them to only have very brown discolored previously white towels with brown spots on them and the bathrooms very dirty with leaks from the toilet, I think that is very poor

We have traveled to Bali six times. We split our four weeks between two hotels. Garden view is one of them. It is truly a tropical garden. And it’s just enough off the beaten track to enjoy a more relaxed pace away from the Ubud city center on monkey forest road.

I loved this space - though it is dated, it feels like "old Bali". The garden view and pool were enjoyable and easy to relax in. Everything was very walkable. The beds were a bit firm, but to some they would enjoy this. Staff was friendly and the grounds are kept nicely.

Wonderful garden of Eden! Really nice place, just by the Monkey forest, so you can expect some playful visitors now and then. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. The only thing: the hotel has seen some better days. It could use some fresh paint on the rooms and some redecorating, just to make the room more useful - some bedside tables with light, changing of the shower (and cleaning it) also water is dripping all the time in the bathroom so the floor is constantly wet. Other than that, its really nice. mazing green garden!

Nice quiet place in a small village type area. Pool was great, staff very helpful. Deluxe suite was in need of some repair eg new blinds light fittings . No kettle etc . Gardens were good , peaceful feeling. Breakfast was excellent. A good place to stay

Grden View property was beautiful and very well kept. This hotel is not fancy, but that doesn't mean it isn't wonderful. The grounds are very pretty, the pool is clean and cool, and the rooms are clean and both floors of the villa have a porch. What I enjoyed most about my stay was the staff. They went above and beyond making me and my daughters comfortable. Everyone there was kind and gracious and I am happy to call them my friends.
