The staff is very accommodating and responds to queries promptly. The location is perfect right near the center of Ubud, approximately 18–20 minutes away by foot. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, making it very convenient. The only downside is that it can be quite noisy at times, with some guests talking, laughing and shouting loudly.

The property is quite decent, to be honest. The only issue for us was the bathroom. I think the management needs to improve the facilities, and it’s definitely time to replace the toilet bowl, as its condition was not pleasant at all. The water faucet is also loose and needs to be repaired, as it moves around when used. Most importantly, the water appeared rusty, which was concerning and did not feel safe to use.

Cleanliness

Location Staff allowed us to keep our bags at reception and collect them later in the afternoon

The room needed a good clean. The bathroom and toilet hadn’t been cleaned and had urine stains over toilet bowl. The location meant that it was the meeting point of the main streets and the traffic noise was very loud.
