The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was well maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring Ubud.
The breakfast could offer a wider variety of options. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

Staff were beautiful. Loved my room as it was out of the way. Pool was lovely. Massage and bodyscrub by Dewa? Was amazing...would definitely stay there again
Could do with new linen...hard to find up in Ubud I understand...
Wasn't sure the bath was totally clean, I understand the water quality isn't up to a western standard though.
With the lighting it was a bit hard to tell.
The window kept coming open on the right hand side in bathroom, but there was bars across the window so wasnt too bothered by it.. but other people might get a fright...

It’s in a great location, the room was comfortable and a good size, the staff are lovely and the on site massage and beauty treatments were great.
It’s currently being renovated. There were workmen, scaffolding, paint and power tools, so it didn’t have the peaceful vibe I anticipated. In addition, I would recommend booking a taxi, Gojek etc. and not using the hotel driver for the airport trip.
