The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was well maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring Ubud.
The breakfast could offer a wider variety of options. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

Well located close to restaurants , Monkey Forest, Supermarket, walking distance to Ubud palace. Convenient for all activities.
Very hard beds, incredibly hard mattresses.
Old off-white towels
Very poor WiFi, impossible to work, ok to watch movies
TV doesn’t work.
Room cleaning very superficial (old bandaid was in the shower for 5 days)
