Overall a great hotel for the money. It is spacious and has pretty much everything you need. I would definitely stay her

It is in a very convenient area. Everything surrounding this area is there. It is just walking distance from the monkey forest. In addition, the room is so spacious and the bathroom is spacious too. The staff were very welcoming and nice, they even gave us complimentary fruit for our long stay. They smile and greet us every time we pass through the hall. Overall great hotel.

The aircon is malfunctioning sometimes, however we always got it to work. It takes time for the room to get cold, however given the area, the room itself isn't hot. The staff forgot to make our room a couple of times, however the fault was also on us for letting them do it later than they are suppose to.

Great getaway for short stay in Ubud

Having a concierge and a restaurant on whatsapp worked really well. Immediate response and excellent room service. Staff in hotel, restaurant and spa all excellent. Pool was very nice as well.

Wifi signal in my room on 3rd floor was not always strong. For 2 nights the hotel was perfect but for longer stays I think I would go to somewhere where you hear less of the traffic nearby.

Recommendable stay

The staffs were very accommodating and helpful. The location is very safe, convenient, central, and easy to navigate. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall stay was worth the value.

I understand that they might have different owners in hotel and cafe but I wish guest can have the option to pay at check out instead of paying separately every meal at their cafe. It was bit a hassle to come up back to my room because I confidently did not brought my wallet down as I thought I could charge it to the room and settle it during check out.

Minus 1 point because i almost never got to wash myself with warm water. Little bit bad weather in ubud but it is the low season in the jungle and nothing to do with the hotel.

Very nice place in Ubud

Lovely hotel in a very nice location with wonderful staff. The kindness and smiles of the entire staff made this hotel very special for me. It is a very quiet space even though outside is a very central location to explore Ubud by foot. The pool space is very comfortable and nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I will definitely com back.

Bed was comfortable, so close to everything, great cocktail bar downstairs.

The shower. It was very hard to regulate the water. The main door also had a gap which made me feel a little uncomfortable. I think the room was only new.

The location is very good. Central, walking to all nice restaurant and yoga barn and some shops. The room is clean, basic but clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The wonderful Grand Sehati, home from home

This is a beautiful place to stay. Yes, it is not 5 stars but it has so much character and such a comfortable vibe. All of the staff are welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. The location is perfect, away from the craziness up near the Palace but perfect with restaurants next door, The Monkey Forest, supermarket, your bargain shopping and for tours to come and collect you of needed. The coffee was to die for. Honestly, you could not ask for a better place for the price. I will be back. Thanks for everything Nyoman. You made my sons first time to Bali really special.

A point to make but not something I had trouble with is there are rooms upstairs, so if you find stairs difficult, then request a ground floor room 😊

Excellent location to Ubud monkey forest area - easy walking distance to Yoga Barn. Compact but very pleasant hotel style accommodation. Room had a private balcony view to a green area and was very comfortable and quiet! Friendly staff.

Located on busy street - quiet pool area and lovely pool. Great spa for massages & cheaper than others on street. Room large. Great location - restaurants and cafes close by. Sally’s restaurant right up there amongst best in all our worldly travels. 5 mins(if that) walk to monkey forest. 15 min walk to Main Street. Lovely staff and manager. Great aircon.

Stay here when the renovations are over, not now.

It’s in a great location, the room was comfortable and a good size, the staff are lovely and the on site massage and beauty treatments were great.

It’s currently being renovated. There were workmen, scaffolding, paint and power tools, so it didn’t have the peaceful vibe I anticipated. In addition, I would recommend booking a taxi, Gojek etc. and not using the hotel driver for the airport trip.

Relaxing stay !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room. Location is just few mins walk from the monkey forest and right on the most happening street with amazing restaurants with live music. The property is very green and the massage facility is good and cheap compared to the spas outside.

The property needs a bit of upgrade for sure. As is expected with so much greenery too many mosquitoes.

I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel at first because of some of the past reviews, especially about the slow wifi (which is super important for me bc I need to work on my laptop most of the day) and concerns about cleanliness. Since this hotel is located right in the very center and I didn’t have a lot of other good options, I decided to give it a go. Honestly, I am so GLAD I DID!! I originally booked for just one night but ended up extending my stay bc I loved it so much. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I asked them right away about the wifi, and they told me they had recently upgraded it and fixed the previous issues. I checked it myself from my room, and it worked perfectly. Fast and stable connection, even for video calls and big file uploads. Huge relief.. The room was very clean, and they cleaned it every single day during my stay. It felt fresh and very well maintained. The pool was also wonderful, really clean and inviting, and the garden around it was so green and beautiful. It made the whole place feel peaceful even though it is right in the center of the city. Overall, I had a great experience here. I’m so happy I decided to give it a try. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. THANKS TEAM🙏♥️

We really enjoyed the stay, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future

The location of the hotel is very good, and there are many places within walking distance, such as the monkey forest, and several temples. The staff were very kind, and provided excellent customer service. I'd like to give a special thanks to Nyoman, who drove us to a spa and picked us up when my friend twisted her ankle and wasn't able to walk.

Such a great location and property

You can’t get more central than this - this hotel is right in the middle of everything, within a few minutes’ walk of the money forest and many restaurants and shops. And yet, the hotel grounds are roomy and feel like a refuge. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were there during Nyepi, and had a great time; the hotel restaurant and pool were open.

Comfortable stay close to tourist transport.

Travelled to and from Ubud by tourist shuttle so property within short walk of drop off/pick up location of the company we used. Cafe/restaurant on site. Spacious clean room, helpful staff, water bottle refills offered.

Bathroom product containers were mouldy from water saturation but other than that bathroom clean.

Nice Pool, friendly staff who helped us booking tours.

The room was mouldy. Was getting sick by spending too much time in the room. Had to keep the bathroomdoor shut all the time because of the terrible smell. We chicken out a day early because I was starting to get sick by spending time here. The housekeeping took our towels without giving new ones.
