We got a free upgrade which was really nice! The staff are really helpful as well.

I would’ve liked more bins in the room and a makeup table/mirror but those are minor things :)

Cleaning: the rooms in this facility appeared to be quite tidy however I found a spider web in a corner and it was full of mosquitos which is not ideal in a country where dengue cases are increasing. Luckily, the hotel personel was quite helful and connected an electronic mosquitos repellant to one of my rooms outlets. personal availability: as the room does not have a phone to connect you with the reception you can only call/text the hotel personnal via whatsapp if you need something. As I needed some water I ordered it via the whatsapp messagging channel. The personal replied promptly stating they will come and hand the bottle of water to me. However, nobody came and when I texted the whataspp chat again I noticed that my messages were not been delivered. The personal replied to me only the next morning apologizing for the incovenience. Whilst I do not expect the hotel personal to work 24 hours It would have been very useful to know the whatsapp chat service hours so I would have taken that into account rather than just waiting for someone that never came.
