Relaxing staying in central.

I loved the peace and the quiet once you step into the internal garden, the architecture of the room is beautiful and gives a sense of relaxation. It’s located right in the central area of Ubud, the perfect staying for my needs 🖤

Made our stay in Ubud perfect 🙂

The location was perfect, close to the monkey forest and surrounded by lovely restaurants and cafes. Not too far from bars but far enough to not be disturbed by noise. The property itself was nice and big with a perfect sized balcony. The staff were friendly and wasn’t an issue when we wanted to stay an extra night. We had a few Lazard friends come visit but they’re harmless. View from the balcony on a night cute

Lack of sunbeds, wasn’t an issue on our stay but I can imagine that come the busier period it would be a fight for a sunbed. The shower wets the whole bathroom when using it and no hand towels.

Fantastic location in the middle of Ubud with a very comfortable room. Staff were super friendly and always quick to help or assist in any way. All in all we felt very welcomed and would look to stay again when we return.

Lovely stay but pricey for what you got

Staff at the property were always available and willing to help. The swimming pool area was lovely & peaceful. The location is in the heart of everything and we also heard monkeys during our stay!

Our room was very tired, needed fresh paint. Toilet was wobbly when sat on and could just be cleaner in general. Air conditioning wasn’t great

This is not a 4 star hotel!! Do not be fooled by the photos. Dirty, old, warn rooms, beds extremely uncomfortable. Water pressure in shower horrendous and wifi constantly dropping out.

The things I liked most about the hotel were the friendly and helpful staff, who always greeted guests warmly and were willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their positive attitude made a difference during my stay and created a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel’s appearance was quite appealing. The design and decor gave a nice first impression, with a clean and pleasant look that added to the overall comfort.

My stay was disappointing. There was no cover outside, so it was hard to stay dry when it rained. The stairs got very slippery and unsafe. The lighting was poor, making it hard to see. The shower had low water pressure, and the room cleaning was not done well. The hotel needs to fix these issues for a better experience.

Perfect two day stay in Ubud

The property was quiet despite being in the heart of things. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious.

The only thing that was lacking were hooks to hang wet towels.

Location was great for the centre of Ubud. Relatively cost effective and staff were friendly.

Breakfast was not great. WiFi did not work. Rooms were very dated. Bed was uncomfortable. Very loud could hear through walls. Mosquitos everywhere in the room and external doors being left open before check in did not help this.

Good value - recommended upgrade to bungalow

Standard room - very basic but always clean. we had monkeys visit every morning. Beautiful pool & bungalows looked fantastic (would book a bungalow next time we stayed). Staff very young but out great effort for guests. Standard room - kettle & hairdryer on request, basic breakfast included and sent to your room or floating in the pool every morning.

Some smells from the bathroom pipes, no fridge in room.

We loved the beautiful gardens and swimming pool! Room was lovely and big to. Close and convenient to restaurants etc.

Was abit noisy at with all the music playing in the bars. Could also hear traffic alot. Bathroom fixtures might need some attention as the shower pressure was slow and sink tap was loose.

Our stay at Rate Wana Karsa Ubud Hotel was simply incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with utmost care and warmth. Communication with them was a breeze, and they went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Thanks to their exceptional service, we had a beautiful and unforgettable time at this heavenly retreat in Bali. Highly recommended! One of the highlights of our stay at Rate Wana Karsa Ubud Hotel was the delightful encounter with monkeys!

Big room Pool access The staff was nice

The sheets weren’t clean and were torn The towels weren’t changed at anytime. We stayed there 3 nights and they didn’t change them once The breakfast wasn’t good. Only 3-4 options of eggs. There were tasteless and you had to choose one option the night before, order it from the reception and they were going to brig it to your room. The juice was only clear water with orange color.

As someone who travels alot, this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. it was bad in all aspects except for the staff who were helplessly trying to assist me and the good location which is near the beautiful monkey forest.

The room cleanliness, how the hotel smell, the unprofessional (RUDE) handling of the hotel manager to me as a customer and the poor facilities. - I arrived with my wife from Seminyak to the hotel at 12:00 (two hours before the check in time) Finished all the paper work ,and left our luggage at the reception till the room is ready and started our tour at UBUD to make use of the day. Finished our tour at 20:00, drove back to the hotel to shower and relax and get some sleep to find out that the hotel room is basically a NEST FOR BED BUGS, MOSQUITOS AND HOME LIZARDS. I stayed at different hotels in Bali before and you can enjoy the beautiful nature of UBUD while staying in clean hotel but this hotel doesn't have the minimum standards for a hygienic household! it's like the room is open air in the jungle. - The room was not well prepared as described in my reservation. There was NO towels in the bathroom (only two short towels of the honeymoon decoration on the bed. unless the hotel assumed I will take some pictures to the decoration and take the towels to the bathroom, if this is the case it will be very strange for me as most hotels in Bali does actually separate the decoration from having towels in the bathroom) there were also no kettle as described in the reservation. Basically it's about the details and having everything ready for your customer The housekeeping provides the towels and the kettle later as if it was a gesture from them yet it was our right from the beginning! - I asked the staff to change the room but there were no availability so I decided to leave the hotel because it was Impossible for us to stay in such not hygienic room. The manager delt with the situation in a very bad, unprofessional and rude manner he was literally yelling at me that either I stay and forcedly accept the situation or leave with deducting one night from the full payment.

Location. Staff was friendly.

Room was very simple, more hostel felling than Hotel, and a bit dirty. Stains on the furniture and walls. On the wall there were a lot of dead bugs and alive ones on the wood. WiFi didn’t worked. Twoels and sheets looked very used. Pillowcase felt oily. Breakfast was very simple, on check out day we asked for packed breakfast and it was a slice of dry toast with two boiled eggs in a big container.

The staff were really nice, the location is perfect just few minutes waking to monkey forest, near to restaurants, mini market, spas, shops.

I pay for a villa and recibe two diferente rooms. Donde vive you amenities.

I wish I had stayed somewhere else for the amount of money I paid.

The staff did try their best and were very nice.

The bangalowes are very badly designed as the doors make a lot of noise when you close them. This means your neighbours constantly wake you up and visa versa. There is a loud echo through the resort as well, which makes your stay very noisey as you can hear all the other resident's conversation. My hot water also wasn't working when I arrived and I had to wait 24 hours before the handy man could make it work.
