It's quiet and peaceful and while there was no breakfast, lots of eating places were in the area. Spoilt for choice.
Water pressure could be better. But overall, great staff, responsive to questions, and the place is clean and neat.

It is located in Nyuh Kuning, a quiet village just the other side of Monkey Forest. The rooms are set back away from the road, so it is very quiet. There are several rooms to choose from and each one has its own aspect and features, and all are delightful.
There was nothing about the property to dislike.
