At 500 meters from Lake Maggiore, we offer beautiful two-story villa, sleeps 12, surrounded by a large garden and equipped with swimming pool (12 meters by 5 meters) with solar shower and garden furniture, bathroom / shower in the pool area, barbecue. The pool and 'Habitable from 15 May to 15 September.
Downstairs, with various exits directly on the garden, there is a large living room with a bar corner and a game table; 2 double bedrooms + 1 double or twin bedroom, 1 large double room with lake view each with its own bathroom. Additionally, there is a single room (extra cost).
Upstairs, large dining room, sitting room and lounge with satellite TV that opens onto a large balcony where you can comfortably dine overlooking the lake and mountains. Always overlooking the lake, there is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom. On the back, a spacious double bedroom also with its own bathroom.
The kitchen is habitable, very large and equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges. A laundry area with washing machine and dryer and ironing is available.
