Great stay in a great location!

Friendly, helpful staff that were very accommodating and kind! Large rooms, quiet and peaceful stay.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, spacious rooms, close to station, shops and things to see. Magnificent view of the lake from our room.

Whilst generally a great place to stay, the decor and facilities are rather dated for the price paid.

This hotel had character and friendly staff; many do not.

The breakfast, included in the overall cost, was fresh and plentiful. The hotel was very close to the lake and the "promenade" along the edge of the lake was delightful.

Very disappointed. The breakfast was cold n the staff was not friendly. No varieties for vegetarian.

For the booked room was the room small n the furniture was squiring. The great thing was the terrace facing the lake.for that I would give 10 points overall it was 👌

This hotel is over priced, It was a great disappointment

I liked the front desk staff & nothing else.

I'm a black American, many guest at the hotel were not nice, they gave me rude looks. America has beautiful hotels. This is not my first experience to stay in an expensive hotel, it was a huge disappointment. Firstly the sofa was HARD & uncomfortable, the air-conditioning was too cold. There was no touch screen button to turn off the air, air-conditioning had 1 dial, BREAKFAST COST 70 FRANKS for 2 days, there's nothing special about breakfast, meat, cheese, bread, eggs, bacon, cereals & pastries. This hotel is extremely over priced. I will never return back to this hotel in my life !

A beautiful location on Lake Lugano

The hotel is small and family run. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with good advice about getting around in Lugano. Our room was quite basic but large and clean. The location is fabulous- right on the lake, with stunning views.

Would stay here again!

Location, staff, & view of the lake are great! Air conditioning in room is awesome! But don’t run a hair dryer & A/C at the same time, or power shuts off. But, staff got it right back on. Good water pressure in shower. Good size rooms, especially the 3 person room our adult children stayed in.

No A/C in hallways and breakfast area, so hot there. Breakfast was very average.

Very very relaxed and enjoyable. Met all expectations.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Offered us city transport passes. They let us leave our bags there after checkout so we could further explore the city in the afternoon. Breakfast was top notch. Room air conditioning was vital and worked great.

A small hotel in a great location, close to shore of Lake Lugano. Fittings were a little dated, but it was perfectly clean, with a comfortable room.

Fantastic location at a good price for the area.

The location is great, close to restaurants and shops with a great view. The staff is very friendly and gave good recommendations. Walkable distance from attractions like the park, lido and funicular to Mt Bre. The breakfast is basic with eggs, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereal and bread. But it is typical. The coffee was very good. We enjoyed our stay at this cozy hotel.

The facility is showing its age a bit, but it was clean and served as a great base.

This was a very comfortable room with a beautiful view. It was an easy taxi ride for us from the train station. We were given great food recommendations by the man at the front desk. We had a lovely stay

I had an amazing time actually truly amazing so relaxing this place like you’ve never seen. The mountain in the lake has gone but yet powerful energy you feel it.

Positioned on the lakeside with a beautiful view of Lake Lugano. Within a walking distance from the railway station. Via Nassa is a shopping area.

An excellent Swiss hotel

SLNH aka Hotel Nassa is well situated in city centre with a Lakeside frontage. From outside the train station Lugano Stazione, there's bus taking U to bus stop outside Hotel Nassa or like Us, took the Funicular(free) down n walked thru the City Centre/ Old Town via Via Nassa to the hotel. Hotel's location is most convenient to get to all attractions either by walks or buses, which are also free. Hotel's very clean n front office services were excellent n not forgetting the buffet breakfast n the lovely serving Lady.

The location was superb, one street back from the lake, with views of it as soon as you stepped out of the hotel. We had access just outside of our room to a virtually private balcony offering sensational views. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is very good. It is very close to the lake and you can enjoy the beautiful lake view from the balcony. It is also easy to go to the hotel.

Relatively satisfied. But at 12 o 'clock in the night, the TV suddenly turned on by itself, which made me very scared. Maybe it's the neighbor's remote control.

The structure of the room. There is a small corridor after entering the door. The toilet was separated from the bedroom by two doors. The lake view from the windows.

The bed was not very comfortable. There are only sockets that are adapted to the swiss plug in the room and I had to keep the TV open through the night in order to use the USB interface to charge my mobile phone.
