The location and building are amazing. The apartment could be better kept for the price charged!

The location, garage and easy access.

The AC wasn’t working (they said it was the central AC for the building), for this they spared us 3 fans…the apartment was dirty when we arrived I sent pictures of the floor and they sent additional cleaning. The doors weren’t opening properly and the apartment not well kept. The grill had spider webs and many little bugs on the floor! (Inside the apartment) Overall the stay was positive because we fixed as well we could and hired additional cleaning for everyday of our stay. Furthermore the team promised a partial refund for all the hassle on June 21st and I’ve been waiting for the deposit or an email and haven’t gotten anything beside the message with the amount!!! I would really appreciate the amount promised and an email ….

Great location and very responsive host. We loved being able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

We had a difficult time figuring out how to use the appliances in the kitchen (oven, cook top, microwave). For those of us not familiar with European signage, step by step instructions would be helpful). Decor is updated and modern, but not necessarily comfortable - we kept knocking legs on glass table tops trying to maneuver around the couch and dining area.

Superb

Very spacious... lots of room for our daughter to run around and explore. We found everything that we needed fot the kitchen, and the grill was also ready for use. Unfortunately we haven't got around to using it. Even though it was cold outside, the place was warm and cosy. The garden is also very nice but because of the cold weather we did not get a chance to use it that much. The communication with the agency was great and they provided lots of details... very friendly and helpful. Would deffinately reconsider, as Lugano is one of our favorite destinations and travelling with a small baby, this appartement ticks all the boxes.

A bit expensive for the fact that there is no lake view.

The property is even better than the pictures, clean, big, luminous and very quiet. Ideal for a family or a stay with friends. It has 2 private parking places. Cherry on top, the person in charge, M. Harold, is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend !!!
