The property is in a safe building with a locked gate and an elevator. Very easy check in process. It’s conveniently located right behind the Lugano train station, just a short walk away. The balcony views are beautiful, and since both rooms have their own small balcony, you can enjoy the view throughout the apartment. The space is very clean with a fully equipped kitchen — they even provide coffee, olive oil, and spices. They provided clean towels, and also a crib and high chair, which were a huge help with our 6-month-old. The bathrooms are modern and comfortable, and overall the apartment is spacious and perfect for families.

Nothing to dislike!

Very convenient location near the train station and the funicular. Amazing views from all the rooms!

There was nothing we didn’t like!

The apartment was centrally located, steps from the train station and some great restaurants. The space was amazing, really big and had so much outdoor space. Beds were really comfortable and the space was really clean. There were 5 of us so having the 2 bathrooms was great. The host was so lovely, really easy to communicate with when we had questions, overall a really great experience and we would all happily stay here again.

Parking was free which was amazing -but the space is really tight, we had a big car so it was a tight spot but nothing unmanageable!
