The characteristic Ticino detached house "Casa Creavita", built in 1979, partially renovated in 2001 and 2019, is located in the town of Cademario on a private road, 200 meters from the village center, in a quiet, sunny location on a slope with a unique view of Lugano and the Lugano. Lake. The property offers a large garden with lawn and secluded places, a loggia with seating and an outdoor fireplace.
