A very well positioned property with great staff and room amenities, that was truly appreciated for welcoming the new ye

The property had everything that could be asked for, great location, friendly staff and being so new, was in immaculate condition. Breakfast was simple but of great quality and with the exceptional view, there’s no better way to start the day.

The only negative was the toilet paper. This is not a picky comment to try to find a complaint, but a negative that all of our party criticised without actually discussing it together until we left the property. The toilet paper was the worst quality available. For anyone old enough to remember the “tracing paper” that was used in schools back in the 80s, the paper provided was not far from that. A real shame as it’s a simple purchasing change, and one that truly does not cost so much more to resolve. It is one thing providing deluxe paper, but another when you’re supplying the very cheapest with the very minimal quality. My bum does not require velvet, but the paper provided was seriously the worst I’ve ever experienced in any paid accommodation. There is better quality paper provided in festival toilets or in highway service stations. For the price and all the other great amenities provided, it’s such a change in quality in comparison.

Fantastic experience overall, would definitely visit again

The location is absolutely TOP! 😍 Beautifully situated right next to the lake. The apartment is beautifully spacious and has everything you need. Although the apartments from the hotel area are not on the lakeside, but on the Castello Cattaneo side, the restaurant is - so we had the views of the lake and the mountains with the sun shining through for breakfast, which was lovely. The swimming pool is heated to something like 30*, so perfect for some winter swimming. The service and staff everywhere were super friendly and helpful.

The gym is situated in the same section as the heated swimming pool, meaning that the air is hot and humid and you feel sweaty even before you've worked out. There is no possibility to open the window of the gym, so I couldn't get some fresh air from the swimming pool's humidity. There also were only cardio machines available, with no mats for a floor workout, so I had to move a machine over and use the towels from the swimming pool that were provided as a makeshift mat. The treadmill was also not clean, with dried sweat drops from the previous user(s). Parking was quite expensive (45 CHF per night) compared to other hotel overnight parking prices. Although breakfast options on Booking listed 'vegan' and 'glutenfree', the breakfast is quite limited for vegan and GF guests with fruit and oat milk.

It could be perfect

The suite was beautiful, perfect design and the view was spectacular.

It was hot during the night to sleep with the winter blankets. The AC was not functioning since the system (as explained to us) was shifted to winter and there was no way to turn on the AC. We couldn’t sleep well at all for the entire staying.

The property is very modern and our flat was very neat, clean, and well appointed. The property is centrally located, on the lake with a very beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The staff at the facility were very friendly and professional. Matti at the front desk helped us with our luggage and parking and provided useful tips in getting around Lugano. Good Breakfast at the restaurant by the lake. Enjoyed the hospitality at the facility.

Ghost hotel - Definitely not recommended

A spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the lake.

Terrible service – except for the restaurant staff, who were friendly and smiling, The rooms felt empty and not cozy. Apart from the beautiful view from the apartment and the good breakfasts, the overall value for money was extremely poor. I repeatedly asked via WhatsApp and through the Booking app about the availability of the sauna and spa area – I never received a reply. Together with my wife and daughter, we wandered around the property looking for the attractions that the hotel claimed to offer, but found none. At one point, while searching for the wellness area, I even got stuck on the second floor: the elevator wouldn’t go down, and the stairs were inaccessible. If it hadn’t been for my wife, I would not have been able to get out. This was both frustrating and unacceptable. In practice, the hotel felt like a ghost property – no staff presence, no guidance, and no service. For the price we paid, this was simply a tragedy.

Almost everything. Staff is great in reception and in the restaurant. Location and the view is amazing. Food is very good.

We would prefer to have the bed (mattress) in master bedroom united. To avoid falling between, it would be great if there was a feather bed or mattress pad on top. The rest everything was great.

The location for the hotel, and I recommend everyone to book with breakfast, its one of the best restaurants in Paradiso friendly and the view is the best ever.

It was one room left and it was on the other side of the building unfortunately the view was the garden unlike the other building it’s on the lake.

Wonderful experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and the staff went above and beyond to support us. The food and room service were excellent, and the restaurants downstairs were both welcoming and exceptional. It’s one of those rare places that truly feels like home. A must-stay if you’re visiting Lugano!

Super passage du nouvel-an avec du soleil.

Bon accueil. Personnel agréable. Appartement très grand, fonctionnel, propre et très calme. Piscine chaude avec jacuzzi, très agréable. Bonne proximité des transports publics. Lugano Centre est à 25 minutes à pieds, donc super promenade au bord du Lac.

Petit déjeuner un peu juste. Œufs brouillés sans lard grillé. Pain trop cuit. Très peu de fromage.

Que el alojamiento no tuviera vista al lago; que no hay restaurant ni servicios de alimentos en el mismo edificio donde se encontraba la habitación. hay que salir del edificio y cruzar la calle a otro edificio para tomar desayuno.. En la noche no hay atencion de personal de recepción y el telefono es solo para conectarse con una enfermera.

Un vero paradiso 🤩

Tout! Tout le personnel (à l’accueil, au restaurant et au ménage) a été adorable et aux petits soins. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et professionnalisme 🫶🏻 L’appartement était spacieux, avec un beau balcon, une belle salle à manger/salon et une chambre à coucher top. La cuisine est complètement équipée (inclus lave-vaisselle) La salle de bain aussi (inclus lave-linge et séchoir) Et pour les gens voyageant avec leur chien, il y a même un tapis à disposition 🫶🏻 L’établissement est idéalement situé. (La gare Paradiso est à 500 m : idéal pour organiser des excursions!) Le restaurant offre une vue incroyable sur le lac.
