This large apartment will amaze you with its large windows that flood the house with light and show you the wonderful panorama of Lake Lugano and the green mountains that frame it.



The large living room consists of the seating area, with a comfortable corner made up of two sofas for watching a movie or reading and chatting with friends, and the dining area, with a table for 6 people. From this room, there is direct access to the terrace, which follows the perimeter of the apartment, on which to enjoy the Ticino sun and the magnificent view, seated on armchairs. The kitchen is separate, modern and complete with appliances and the necessary accessories for preparing lunches and dinners; there is also a table for 4 people here.

There are two double bedrooms, spacious and furnished with closets to store all your apparel. There is one service bathroom and one complete bathroom with shower.

The apartment concludes with a study room, furnished with armchairs and a table to dedicate yourself to relaxation, study and work, with two windowed walls that can be opened: you will feel like you are immersed in the surrounding landscape!

There is a private washing machine and dryer in the apartment.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment has a private covered parking space, outside the building.

The area is panoramic and well served by numerous restaurants, stores, supermarkets and pharmacies.

The apartment is located just over a 15-minute walk from the station.

Lugano\'s lakefront and the heart of the historic city can be reached by car in just 10 to 15 minutes, or on foot in about 20 minutes. Here you can stroll along the cobblestone streets of the center, the Piazza Riforma and Via Nassa, a famous shopping street. Walking along the lakeside you can reach the LAC museum and the Paradiso area, or Parco Ciani with its beautiful garden and villa.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and set the GPS: in 10 to 15 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, from Lugano station reach the Genzana stop (5 minutes walk along Via San Gottardo) and take bus No. 5 direction "Manno, Uovo di Manno" for 2 stops. Get off at "Massagno, Al Sole" stop and walk for 5 minutes.
