Wonderful.

Key pickup was from a hotel close by, but finding the apartment was slightly confusing.

Lovely week in a beautiful environment, conveniently situated close to all amenities.

Loved the excellent location. It was an easy stroll to shops, restaurants and the lake. Host replied promptly to any questions by text and kindly organized a taxi for us on our departure day.

Was a little flummoxed by the washing machine and tumble dryer which 'talked' to me only in German! Also, couldn't find any instructions re the air conditioning but maybe we didn't search hard enough. We're not very technically 'au fait'!

A practical solution for a short say, central and well located. Perhaps a bit overpriced

Excellent location, central and practical to go around. The apartment is well furnished, all spaces were intelligently optimized for a one-room attic apartment.

Being a refurbished attic, most windows are small; hence there was a bit of a lack of natural light (there is just one actual door/window facing the balcony). A bit too much traffic sometime on the street was annoying, but the isolation was rather good keeping noises out.

Location is excellent just off the promenade by the lake, the apartment has a modern kitchen and everything in general looks brand new. With washing machine and dryer too. Absolutely loved it

Located in a very center on Lugano (behind the Casino) 2m from the lake and boat station, 2m from the park 3m from MC Donalds :D Parking was good in a underground garage and elevator leading to the app. Kitchen was equipped with required appliences (very cool ones Miele), complimentray tea and coffee (very kind!) Laundary and drying machines were located in a bathroom. Shampoo and soap present. Clean towels. Balcony view on a mountain and a park side. Host was very kind and helpful, thanks Kristina and Marco for great advices.

Too small time we had in Lugano. The rest was good

The location was great. It is a studio apartment, so self catering was possible. In addition, given the location, there are many options for great meals. The apartment is nicely furnished -- my wife approved of the decoration :-).

Exceptional

The host was so kind and prompt when we did a last minute booking on Christmas day with our baby. She got the crib ready and made sure it was a smooth checkin process. The apartment itself was so cute and had all of the amenities we needed to easily eat, sleep, and enjoy our stay. There even was a Christmas tree!

We would definitely stay here again

The best location in Lugano. The view from the window to the park and the lake. The apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated. Spotless clean. The host is always available, friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect except the lack of curtains.

No curtains, the apartment becomes very bright after sunrise. Noisy street at night, people were listening to the music after midnight. As a result we didn't get enough sleep. Just putting on some curtains would fix the problem, it would block the light and reduce the noise at night.
