Unforgettable experience which makes me proud of my country . I am already planning my next stay !

It was an unbelievable stay. The castle is on the top of a hill, surrounded by nature. Rooms are immaculate, spa very well organised with a lot of saunas. The restaurant… exquisite food, I had the best lamb ever . Breakfast is above the expectations of a top Italian breakfast and … believe me .. I am Italian very picky on food. The bombolone and the caprese cake were unforgettable. Last but not least : location is few minutes from the CH boarder and you can bypass Choassi which is normally very busy , so it is a perfect base to visit the Como Lake and to return to North Europe .

Good room size, finishing touches, amicable service, good wine

Access is a killer with a sport car, you need to tell people upfront. I also recommend you don't charge extra for selected breakfast items when the room costs 300 EUR. Same for the spa. It makes it too commercial and not about the customer relaxing experience...

Fancy hotel that forgets the very basics of hospitality standards

Stunning view from the top terrace

Largely overpriced room - all the more while considering the services provided Extra cost for the spa and inside swimming pool that should be included in the room price (already very expensive) Poor breakfast - very limited choice of dishes, extra charge for an omelette (!) False advertising on Booking - we have been sold a room with a great view (photos from Booking showing a balcony with the stunning view on the countryside) while we only get a view on a wall of plants. Though hotel management did recognize its mistake and offer a 15€ discount per person on the spa Access path not really convenient, very rocky and dusty

spa entrance is charged extra even for hotel guests despite being completely empty food is good at the restaurant but the staff barely meets the quality standard of the food all in all, a slight service upgrade needed to make up to the quality of rooms and food served

air conditioning isn’t cooling we complained several time to the staff, location is 1/2 drive to Como, many basic things were missing, Terrace room didn’t have any view

Very nice countryside Wellness resort with some improvement potential

Very nicely located in proximity of Lake Como and Lake Lugano. Very nice countryside Wellness resort totally secluded and gated! We liked the very nice and helpful personnel, our very comfortable and nice room and the little details (bath products, coffee tabs and cookies, slippers…) and the beautiful view from the restaurant terrace with the skyline of Milano in the distance!

The room AC was not really cooling down in the nights during our stay (very hit days around 35 degrees) and we only learned at the checkout that this could have been solved centrally from the reception! Some of the breakfast service personnel were very young and totally unprepared for the job, which was not a very pleasant experience! Also the a la carte breakfast was nothing really special! And not to forget: On such a big terrain an outdoor pool would be nice!

Fantastic stay!

Wonderful hotel in a remote and relaxing nature area. The room was comfortable and modern (the terrace is truly beautiful) and the restaurant service is superb. Our favourite part was the restaurant’s outdoor terrace which had amazing views of the towns below and the food was also great.

An overall ok stay for the night we were there.

Very friendly staff, great venue, beautiful surroundings, good breakfast.

It has a lot right. Only the beds were to small and the airconditioning on both rooms didn’t work proper. Both are essential for a comfortable stay.

The staff was very helpful. Food was very good. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The views are stunning - you can see Milan from the restaurant floor.

Wifi could be better. Also, electric car charging spots should be marked in a better way - one night I couldn't charge my car.

Culinaire and modern relaxation

The room was very clean, spacious and modern. Dinner was amazing (we had the 9 course dinner with wine pairing) as well as the views and surroundings.

The limited opening hours of the spa made it that we couldn’t make use of it for our one night stay. The room itself was also quite warm especially since the bedding sheets are comfortable but more for winter than summer. Overall good experience and definitely worth a visit but try to stay for at least 2 nights.

50 euro per person for using the pool is not the way to make you feel welcomed! ( or to be enthousiast for having your dinner at the restaurant ) The breakfast on the nice terrace and the rooms were quite ok.( although not as nice ad the suites on the pictures )

First wedding night!

We chose Tenuta de l’Annunziata for our first wedding night and we couldn’t recommend it enough. The rooms were spacious, the ambience elegant, the details made a difference and the views were breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious and we truly appreciated the homemade juices. The spa was relaxing and we felt really looked after. All of the members of staff that we dealt with were very professional, polite and accommodating. Such a great experience overall, I only wished I could have spent another night and tried the restaurant. We will definitely go back.

Great rooms in great spa

Great hotel with nice spa. Silent rooms with good air conditioning, hitech light switches and multiple tv channels in english. Minibar seems a bit pricy. Spa was not crowded at all and it has very good Finnish sauna. Spa is open until 10PM on Fridays and I got the whole place to my self (Friday evening in end of august). Breakfast room is on top floor and has great view. Its possible to eat outside, but seating is limited.

Road to hotel is not very good (no asphalt, lots of potholes). Breakfast was a bit of a let down. No orange juice and no ham or cheese. (there was sliced sausages and pieces of cheese, but not sliced cheese to put on bread nor prosciutto cotto. Cappuccino was good but quite small.

Das muss man erlebt haben

Das Hotel ist einfach traumhaft schön und die Aussicht macht einem sprachlos. Fantastisches Essen und wunderschöne Zimmer. Erholsame Atmosphäre. Alle sind sehr freundlich und unser Hund war willkommen. Es gibt schöne Spazierwege und einen tollen Spa. Ich habe dieses Hotel meinen Freunden empfohlen.
