Awful place and expensive- you do not get what you pay for

Good location

No reception after nine. Filthy carpet in the room Broken heater Light bulb in main bedroom not working Remote had no battery cover and I have children Stank of weed

Good for transit one night stay

It was not too far from center to get to station or airport. It was easy to get the key card from the machine and access the room. We slept OK.

The area seemed kind of shady. The room and facilities seemed not to fit the price. Kind of old and felt like hourly hotel in red light district. Poorly lit room. Some things didn't feel so clean like top sheet of the bed or baby mattress. I was stressed from the a.i. chat telling me about some digital key that didn't exist and that no one is available after 9pm. Apparently that isn't true and they send you a code for the key card machine.

This has been by far the most appalling and distressing hotel experience I have encountered.

The property is not as well-maintained due to bed bugs, mould and cleanliness. I'm seeking medical attention for my sister, daughter, and myself after being bitten by bed bugs. Proof of bed bug bites attached.

IIt was discoloured and dirty. As a visitor, I had to keep the room tidy during our visit. There was no one on site to help with any emergencies until 2:00 pm. There was no light in the shower area, and there was mildew in it.

Not very satisfied by services and facilities. Location was good and room was clean.

There was a person at the front office who was not very helpful. When i asked for a hot water kettle, he gave me an age old dirty one and did not even try to clean it. Lift was not working on the second day and my room was on the 4th floor.

Just very annoying and unprofessional behaviour of staff

Comfortable room, great pillows. Location is very central which is great.

You know, after a long day of traveling you just wanna check in and rest. But the person at the front desk let us wait 20 minutes to check in (to which he insisted with a laugh it definitely wasn’t 20. As if it’s that important, 15 would have been too much as well) We couldn’t reach him because the number we had to call in absence of staff was his cell phone which was right in front of us at the desk. When he did show up it seemed a joke to him when we told him he kept us waiting with our bags after a long day, so we really just wanted to get to our room. But he kept insisting on us to accept his apologies before he gave us the keys, like he just didn’t wanna let it go after I said it’s ok. Then he went like ‘you can drop the keys in the box when you check out, you know, when i’m not here’ in a sort of petty childish way. Just wasting our time.

A great location to access the city centre.

The location was really great - just 5 minutes walk to the city centre.

The room could have had a few more things based on what we paid - a kettle, an extra chair, a mini fridge. The bathroom was good, but the toiletries it said it provided was just soap. The air-con/heating system for the room wasn't overly clear, we did ask and they overrode the controls from reception, it still didn't seem to turn on. The rooms could do with a lick of paint to freshen them up.

Great place and staff, but need to be more organized.

Room and baths were clean and comfort.

I got shower and of course needed a hairdryer but it didn't work. Because of there is no telephone in the room, I had to go down the reception, told the situation. He said me that he would bring me a spare hairdryer, then I went back to room. After 15 minutes he came without dryer, checked my bath and said that it was broken. So, you should also check equipments too like your bedsheets, towels, soaps etc... And I slept with my long and wet hair. Maybe he could send me to another empty room for using hairdryer, just a solution. And the heat control was at maximum 24 Celcius, that was really hard for me not to get cold. Also it would be better if there were slippers to wear.

my room had a bad smell in it, and a bag of rubbish was left in there. also I had a jacuzzi. but with a sign in saying I could not use it.
