Great spot for a visit to Enidhoven

Very nice room on the 23rd floor with a great view. Perfect location beside the train station. Staff were very freindly and the food we had was excellent and not expensive

More like a hostel than a hotel.

The location was great, right next to main train station and with everything in city center within walking distance.

STAFF: We has requested an early check in, which we knew weren't guaranteed. When we showed up at 9am to drop off our luggage they said to come back at 1pm for an early check in (official check in was 3pm). When I came back at 1.30 they said the room still wasn't ready and to come back at 3. When i came back at 3.15 they said, unapologetically, that the room still wasn't ready. I was very disappointed after requesting an early check in, and then keep being postponed even later than the official check in time. The staff in general didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. CLEANINESS: the room was ok, but i found several long hairs in the room when i checked in. overall the standard was passable but not great. The food was ok - not great. it felt more like a high end hostel than a hotel.

All reception staff except one were very friendly and helpful. The one who wasn’t was abrupt and bordering on rude.

Couldn’t adjust the air con temp, and couldn’t open the window as we were on the train station side and noisy goods trains going through all night. So didn’t sleep well, as room a bit hot.

I loved the room that was in a corner of floor 18 with beatiful sights, I loved the young people environement and the location 3 minutes from the station.

It is not a big problem but the shower cabin was slitghtly uncomfortable because it looked like the water would come out all around the room. Also it lacks a ligh to read when at bed.

Ventilation, it was very hot in the room. The fire alarm went of the 5:30 in the morning. We were standing outside for very long without any information and there was not fire brigade there

perfect for visiting the city

The location was perfect right next to the Train and bus station and a few steps from the center of the city. The room was comfortable with a great view.

The shower design. That caused the entire bathroom to get wet when having a shower.

nice place to stay at convenient location

Very nice room -clean, modern, comfortable bed. Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast ok -standard continental

only 1 free socket and it's placed under the desk bathroom is quite dark (something to consider is you plan to put extended make up on) with window open even on the 16th floor there is a lot of street noise (if your room is faced towards the city center) Buffet at breakfast was not refilled fast enough -for example boiled eggs were finished, so the cook gave us some cold ones from the fridge, coffee from the machine was awful (no surprise the I guess)

A cozy place to stay for few days in Eindhoven!

The personnel was very kind and helpful with everything that we needed. The room was very cozy and well equiped and had very nice view of the city. The breakfast did not have high variety of choices but everything that I tried was very tasty and well prepared, ideal for few days stay in the city.

Not a 4 stars hotel experience - poor cleaning & breakfast. Building actually students dorm

Location was perfect

Cleanliness - The room was not very clean when we arrived, not freshly cleaned before arrival and dusty. The toilet haven't been cleaned for a while, it was visibly dirty. Definetly not 4 stars hotel. Also, the building is actually a students dorm. Breakfast was ok, but not too many options.
