The horel is located few steps from Central train station in Eindhoven, which is excellent for those who are planning to use train as a commuter between cities. Also very good location for ones who would like to visit a city. Very clean room, we were on 24th floor and view was amazing. Bathroom is newly renovated, so everything was perfect. We got the upgraded room for free,the Queen's room, so it was amaizing.
Maybe walls need to be painted- only that... Everything was perfect

Staff is really nice and all the interactions were fast, efficient and polite. Breakfast was also good, with big variety. The restaurant is nicely decorated (like the rest of the common space). They have smart TV's in the rooms, so you can enjoy Netflix.
This is basically a student accommodation. Nothing against this, but it is deceptive (close to fraudulent) to rate this as a four stars establishment, comparing yourself with other four stars hotels. A barely 18sqm room (including the bath) should not be sold as a four stars room, with almost the same price like in a real 4* hotel. On the booking.com hotel description there is no mention about student accommodation! The walls are full of stains, you can see the dust on the furniture, the shower glass is not really cleaned up (having a lot of calcium) and the ceiling is having some big cracks. ok for a student accommodation, not at all for a four stars and a corresponding price. Towels are also small, low quality, but clean (suitable for a B&B, again, not for a 4 stars).
