couple of easily managed minor issues and overall very good.

room very spacious. separate working area and dressing area. comfortable beds. breakfast very good. excellent coffee.

in-bath shower is a bit dated, and a tricky to work. you need to be physically in the bath, under the shower head, using two hands to manipulate dual controls to get it working at the right temperature. most plug sockets did not accept international adapter. lighting was a challenge to work out.

Cleanliness of the room.

The fact I wasn’t aware of the extra 30€ if you want to use the hotel parking lot (ridiculous), the TV in the room is actually not a smart TV and it’s quite old so I couldn’t connect anything to it all night (that was one of the amenities I chose that hotel for), next to my room there was a thin normal locked door where I could here everything from the room next to it. On top of all that, I also had to pay a 5€ extra for "city tax", absolute nonsense. Very disappointed with the quality-price for sure.

Breakfast was poor value. €25 per head and poached eggs were not available nor croissants or any breakfast pastry. Bacon was burned and staff in breakfast room unhelpful. The tables were not laid properly. Shoddy and overpriced

Mind the see through bathroom..

Good breakfast and friendly staff, spa and pool included. Location is perfect in city center with various options for parking around.

The bathroom and toilet in the deluxe room is separated from the room with just a glass panel with decorative see through metal ring curtain. This offers hardly any privacy both in terms of view and sound, making this extremely uncomfortable. Besides that the room and bed are relatively small for the rate.

Wonderful staff, great facilities in the spa and pool. Very comfortable bed and very well appointed room.

Unfortunately my room happened to face on a sidepath along the car park and from midnight to 4am on the weekend nights, I had drunken people shouting right outside. I could hear them through earplugs and shut windows.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast quite good although more vegan options would be nice, convenient location, could walk everywhere.

No water in the sauna, the push button didn't do anything and there was no bucket and ladle to throw water on the stove. Real disappointment for a Finn.

Breakfast was good although it was difficult to get the attention of waiters who always seemed busy or missing. Had to wait over 10 mins for a cup of coffee. The tall chef with glasses was awesome. Made us eggs to order and served them to us at the table. very friendly. there's an older lady in the service staff, blonde hair. she was not friendly. always rushing and not taking the time to say hello yet she spent time at other tables that were Dutch-speaking guests. very weird

No wi-fi for 3 days!! with no explanation except to say it's a big issue and we don't know how long it will take. Housekeeping was very poor. The beds were never made properly, crumpled sheets every day. Trash and dirty cups and glasses were left in my room for 2 days. The housekeeping staff came and washed the dirty cups and glasses in my bathroom sink!!?? that's so unhygienic. Nobody helped us to take our luggage to the room on check and we had 3 big suitcases and we were in 541 the furthest room from the elevator.

Kitchen closed on Sunday. Staff on the front desk not courteous. Staff on the front desk did not inform me about my food delivery even if I called 2 times from my room. Ultimately I had to come to the front desk and collect the food. By that time it had gone cold.

Expectations were barely met.

It's fancy. Its a large hotel that keeps up to its standards with their rooms and for the comfort of their guests. They let you place your luggages with them at reception so you don't have to lug it around until check in.

For the price that I paid and for the number of days that I stayed, would've thought there would be more variation to the breakfast. Though every day was the same thing being offered. Booking.com also doesn't always pay for the city tax.

Location is perfect as its in city center and close to a lot of activities and restaurants.

Breakfast was not great and the old wing of the hotel is not as nice as the newer wing which is mostly offered to members of the hotel group.
