The hotel has a central position and you can get around easy. The lobby and ground floor facilities are nice but with signs of medium usage and a bit of lack of maintenance (stains on the chairs, scratches on the furniture). The real issue was with the room that had a missing light and cleaning service came only in the first day from the 5 that we stayed there. The room had low quality furniture and a small kitchen. The bed the two person version but the narrow size. It was a comfortable mattress. The breakfast was really good with medium range of options. I don’t think we will stay again at this hotel, it seamed that the staff didn’t care too much about maintenance or cleaning.

Perfect location if you want to be near the city centre. Short walk from the train station as well. Very friendly staff. Nice size rooms with comfortable beds. They also have bikes available to rent by the day if you want to venture further away. Breakfast buffet has an ample assortment for every taste bud. It’s our go-to hotel every time in Eindhoven!

The Pullman Hotel is clean and modern with large, open rooms and a large bathroom. The biggest selling point is the beautiful sauna and pool! They have two saunas so plenty of room, a large lap pool, and lots of shower space. You don't even have to book the sauna! It's open 0600-1100 and 1600-2200 every day, so you can pop down whenever you want. Wonderful way to start the day!

The staff are 10/10. Pool needs a revamp and the cleanliness of the pool was poor hairs lying around and damp marks on the ceiling. Saunas was amazing!! Shower in my room could have been cleaner found hairs around shower head.

The floor tile heating was broken and the room was cold even though I was put the temperature to max and fan as well. Someone did tried to the floor heater once but the problem continued. No one checked on me is the situation improved. I also had those same black hairs sticked to bathroom floor the four nights. And I'm blonde. But anyways the service was top level and gym really nice. Great location.

I had a room overlooking the car park next to the hotel and as a result led to having no quietness at night time. The car park was noisy with cars music but the through path to the Main Street was noisy with people coming and going in nights out. On Saturday this went I till 5am. Upon booking and check in I requested a quiet room and was told I had this. It certainly was not quiet.

This is our 4th stay after many yrs ago. The tea/coffee sachet n tissues were not replenished on the 2nd day. We had 2rooms and both were not replenished. If this is their policy then thats a minus. Their beds are all singles n no double or king bed.
