Great central location

Five star stay at Hotel Lumière in Eindhoven! The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of everything and just a ten minute walk to the train and bus station. Nightlife, pubs, and clubs are also nearby, perfect after a day exploring. Yes, there’s some street noise, but earplugs solve it. The eco friendly touches impressed us: recycled materials, refillable water, and wooden keys. Staff were outstanding, storing our bags and sharing great food tips. Coffee machines on every floor were a bonus. Comfortable, welcoming, and sustainable—we’ll definitely stay again soon without hesitation. Highly recommend this brilliant central hotel.

Toilet was a bit too close to the bedroom and the glass door makes it a bit uncomfortable as we can see and hear through. If you are toilet shy or sharing the room with someone makes it a bit overwhelming, but me or my friend left the room when we wanted some privacy.

The location is amazing - right in the middle center. the access is easy and fast - close parking location The breakfast right across the hotel was also amazing.

The rooms are not insulated from the noise.... anything that happens outside -you have the feeling that it happens right in the room with you. Heating was not working - blocked on 16degree in one room..

The picture to the room at booking.com is not the room they will give to the person who make the reservation on booking The room don’t have window is like a shoebox and have a disco o bar on the side the property you can not sleep before 5 am Horrible night

Highly recommended

This is the hotel room I've probably had the best night to sleep away from home in a very long time. From the warning on the advert that the rooms have no windows it feels like it is almost pitched as a negative, I found the perfect darkness in a ventilated room was brilliant. The lighting was spot on, the bed very comfortable, and the Chromecast on the TV were all big positives.

Towels could have been bigger. A couple of labels from the last person's shopping stuck to the pouffe.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to restaurants and shopping center. The reception staff is extremely polite and kind. The staff is the best part of this hotel.

I regret to inform that the breakfast service fell significantly short of expectations. There is no buffet. The limited offering consisted of 10 slices of bread that appeared to be less than fresh, accompanied by two cold eggs, minimal amounts of butter and jam, and only two slices of ham and cheese. Upon requesting additional cheese, we were provided with precisely two more slices. This level of service does not reflect the standard one would expect from a three-star establishment. Ultimately, we found it necessary to seek breakfast at an alternative hotel.

Ideal, Convenient Location

The Best: Super convenient location, truly ideal for being in downtown Eindhoven! The Good: Very friendly staff, intelligently designed room (for the space), electric kettle and coffee machine, access to some dishes for takeaway food, and a chance to do a quick load of laundry!

The Not As Good: Rarely anyone at the front desk (although reachable by phone), and when I extended my stay for an extra night, they charged me more than if I had booked the additional night online. :(

No window in the room, stale, non-fresh air, cold room in winter, bathroom had only a partial hanging door open from sides, cold drafts during shower, inadequate housekeeping (used tea cups not cleaned or replaced)

Very quiet room. Casual but solid, safe and mini fridge, decent table to do some office work on a laptop. Windows face a walking-only shopping street that is deserted at night. Modern building made of thick concrete. Pay attention to take keycard when leaving at night, because reception may not be manned at that time. Pleasant staff. Q park exit/entrance faces the hotel. Restaurants and terraces just a few hundred meters away.
