Good for short stay

Self check-in. Soap dispenser in the bathroom. Coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer.

Bit far from station by walk. Bathroom very cold-no heating inside. Fridge is next to bed, making noise. Mouse/insect chewing in the attic-annoying. Shower door partially missing.

Familiar townhouse guesthouse with exceptionally helpful staff… the bed was super comfortable… 4minutes walk to the centre.. easy 2 minute walk to a Secure Unground Q-Carpark…

It was ok for a one night stay. You can call it cosy. Bed covers most of the room area.

Highly recommend

I travel to Eindhoven very often for work purpose. I think this is one of the best hotels in Eindhoven center. I know it’s a bit pricey but I was on business trip so the price was not my concern. It’s very comfortable, room is quite spacious. The surrounding is quiet. You get free drinks and wine from the hotel. I highly recommend you to give it a try if it’s within your budget 😊

It was clean, stylish, a huge bed, great shower, free mini bar and chocolates. Beautiful curtains. Good location to centre of Eindhoven and local bars and restaurants. Great communication with staff via booking.com including info on where to park.

The sign outside could have been bigger, there was no kettle or tea, just a coffee machine and coffee.

Great stay close to Eindhoven centrum

It was a comfortable cozy room, fine mattresses and a very good shower. The table had quite some space for stuff, as well as the closet. The linens and towels were fresh every day, and at the check-in desk there was free fruit available for those who wanted it which was a nice touch.

The mattresses were able to slide off the bedframe a little, so in the morning we had to adjust those. Not terrible, but slightly inconvenient.

More than affordable accommodation

I was really impressed with the accommodation. The room was spotless, modern and well-maintained, making it extremely comfortable. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and the location couldn’t have been better — close to everything, bars, restaurants, shopping malls and little squares. It was convenient for transport as we were only a 10 minute walk from Eindhoven Central Station. We greatly appreciated the mini bar in our room with drinks and wine (on the house) as well as the little treats at the reception. I liked the apples :-)

The only drawback was the stairs, as there was no lift, which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

Great place

A great place that really exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean, we had everything we needed and a sweet compliment (snacks, wine, coffee, candies) on top of that. The staff were very kind and helpful. I was especially pleased with the reception lady and cleaning lady’s helpfulness and kindness. The hotel is 10 mins by walk to the nearest supermarket and 5 mins by walk to the central walking area and train station. We had a great stay and if we come back to Eindhoven we trust this place will welcome us well :)

Only thing is it’s not very kids friendly or handicap friendly. The rooms are quite small and the entrance stairs are a bit steep for a small child or for carrying a stroller or a wheelchair.

All in all a nice stay.

Lady who welcomed us was really kind . The room was spacious and clean. Lots of towels provided. Air-con in the room. Nice vibe and style with complementary drinks in the fridge.

The mattresses were way too soft and although the two single beds were put together it was very difficult for a couple to sleep together as there was a gap forming at all times. A couple of hooks for the used towels in the bathroom would be nice.

Okay for 1 night stay

Pretty and rather quiet location, not too far from various points: restaurant, supermarket, bus stop, train stop, park. Nice room with air conditioning and a window and own shower / toilet. Welcoming wine and chocolates in the room, mini fridge with extra drinks inside. A wardrobe with extra warm blanket, hairdryer and New Testament book. Enough power outlets near the beds. Some fruits for free in the reception area.

All the small things together made the stay feel a little imperfect for its price. * On arrival the entrance door was closed and had a phone number for check-in. On the phone I was told that for the entrance code I need to check a message on Booking that was sent that same day. Multi step communications are not really desirable when traveling. * Right after the entrance you have to go up stairs. * No staff seen normally. To check-in you just go to your room which is open with the keys inside, technically it's possible for someone else to come into your room before you. * Often there was some short noise, we couldn't figure how to get rid of it, maybe it was from water pumping or air conditioning. * Another building is in 2m opposite the window. * Unclear offerings: there were wine and chocolates on a shelf with a welcoming note, but no note for drinks in the mini bar fridge; my friend suggested that the mini bar drinks may be not a free gift. * Shower door was a bit broken.

Amazing gesture of the hotel to offer drinks of the mini bar. Very central location and cheap parking close by. Spacious shower room. Nice soap. Nice staff. Interesting room decoration.

Style and decoration of the hotel is to be seen. The staff was really helpfull, helping to find a solution to park nearby and even to store our belongings indoor for the night. The room was very clean with very comfy bed and a powerfull climatisation. Tiny but practical bathroom. Free minibar and your own expresso machine next to your bed make the experience even better. Good restaurants and bars litteraly next door.

Superb

Amazing structure and cordial staff. Central position near the station and super clean rooms with a very nice welcome kit. Comfortable beds as well. There is no breakfast but there is a coffee maker available.

It was nice that there was a safe inside the room but the instructions were too complicated. The AC did a buzzing noise but eventually it stopped. There aren't many convenient food options around, mostly fine dining places.
