The location was good. The room was small but clean, the shared bathroom was manageable, and there was a free tea and coffee station. The staff were also friendly.
Definitely the noise level. The windows face directly onto a busy restaurant area with many people outside, so even with the windows closed it was still very noisy.
There was no air conditioning, only a fan, which did not help much. The doors were also extremely loud — if someone let them close on their own, the noise could easily wake you up.

Location and size of the room.
The room turned into a sauna. It was so warm I couldn't sleep. Also the room didn't feel safe. I could hear whenever someone was passing by, the lock was very flimsy. I didn't like that the staff was available for only a limited time.
