Even at a low price, it wasn’t worth it.

Good location, but in November 2025 there was roadwork directly in front of the property.

This otherwise decent-looking hotel has several very basic rooms at the back. I was given one of these, and it might have been acceptable if not for the following: 1. The shared bathroom didn’t have a single shelf. You must take your room card with you at all times, and clothes or toiletries end up on the floor because there’s nowhere to put them. 2. The towel had blood stains — something I haven’t encountered even in the cheapest places in Bolivia. 3. There is an additional €10 fee for check-ins after 20:00. All in all, even though the price wasn’t high, the stay still felt like poor value for the money.

they charged us 2x for late checkin, when we only had 1 booking. Because they were 2 bedroom they decided to charge two times the charge. They also tried to charged us twice for the same booking. Really bad experience with this hotel, for sure we won’t repeat even if we have to pay more

Quiet and essential

Good position, clean room and toilet (shower and toilet outside of the room). Bed quite comfortable, fridge in the room.

Most of times reception is closed, I didn’t see anyone from the staff during my stay apart of the check in, when I paid. It would be good to have someone at least at the check out time to collect the key and a feedback. The room I booked was supposed to have a shower in the room (I actually paid 5€ per day more in order to have this room) but the one they gave me was without this facility. To sum up, it would be a very good place if guests would be treated with more care.

Good for a short stay with minimal expectations

I liked the location!

1) There was nobody at reception when I arrived. Another guest who needed to check in had been sitting there waiting for over an hour. I called the number on the website and 20 minutes later somebody showed up. We never got any apologies. 2) I have been asking for an invoice sinch March. It's May..I have emailed multiple times with the same request. No reply whatsoever.

Convenient location. Kettle in the room, that was really great to have it.

The sound isolation is very bad, you can hear everything in the room: I woke up in the morning because kids in the room on the next floor started crying. Also, it was chilly in the room.

Room smelled very bad on arrival and all the time during my stay. Was very off-putting. Had to check out very early in the morning as just couldn’t stand the smell anymore.

Distance was okay from the main station

Very very small bed No pillows, although i paid 99 euros for a night and a hotel like this Windows were unable to close, alot of noise came from outside Poor condition and bad smell of the bathroom. The stairs to the room were very uncomfortable. No water in room ,no coffee nothing I couldn't sleep even for wink

Bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty and overall cleaning could have been more thorough.

Staff was ok, position is not too far from Eindhoven station

Overall terrible experience: - I booked a room with private bathroom, but the one I got had none, I had to use a shared toilet (shower and WC, only a sink in the room). I asked at the reception and they told me it was a Booking.com mistake. No rooms with private bathroom were available - I had breakfast included in my booking, but hotel offered no breakfast service. They left something in my room for breakfast the first day, but never replaced it during the following days. Also, they forget to give me cutlery and after I asked they gave me dirty ones - room was dirty (stains on the walls, dust on the floor) and never cleaned for the whole stay, towels were never replaced - room was so small the second mattress blocked access to the wardrobe - the matresses were uncomfortable - window didn't close properly, a wood plank had to be wedged in to keep it closed. Luckily there were no storms on strong winds during my stay - TV didn't work at first. At least this problem was solved the 2nd day - reception is often unattended, there is a bell to ring but a couple of times I saw no one for 10 minutes

Really friendly staff. They tried their best to satisfy all the needs despite the inconvenience of covid. (e.g. they prepared a bag of breakfast and hung it on my door as they were not allowed to open the restaurant and serve breakfast)

Two-night stay

It was clean, not very big room. The owners were very nice. The breakfast was great too. For the last day we had to leave very early so they made us lunch packages. The location is great because everything is in the walking distance.

Very poor

The receptionist was completely incompetent. He could not accept the fact that my booking was already paid. I showed him my payment confirmation in the booking.com app, an e-mail with confirmation from his own hotel and even a receipt showing the payment. Instead, he decided to contact his manager and the call center of booking.com to confirm what I already told him. I had waited 50 minutes at the reception until he confirmed that the payment was already made. Unnacceptable.

- location (silence, but in center of city) - view (at square)

- when I arrived there was no anyone at reception, I was need to call by phone and wait more than 1 hour my check-in. - dirty bathroom - no electricity at toilet at the first floor - poor breakfast (bread, cheese, ham, yogurts, fruits, boiled eggs) - narrow stairs , tipical for Dutch houses (it was difficult to carry heavy suit case)
