Not bad, but there's room for improvement

Great location, close to the city centre and the train station, very nice and helpful staff (offered to give me another room because I complained about a leaking sound from the bathroom, but it was no longer necessary), clean room

Terrible soundproofing (be prepared to hear everything that you're neighbours are doing/saying), terrible breakfast (not much variety)

The room was small but met our needs. Room and hotel in general was very clean. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. We had one meal there (dinner) which was well prepared.

Communication with the hotel was horrible. I waited for 3 weeks for a simple change on my booking and the hotel and booking staff kept blaming the other one for the issue. The room was dusty, like no one cleaned the desk and the cups etc in it for a while. They didn't even acknowledge our request if a specific type of room was available on checking in.

Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast

Breakfast is excellent, one of the very few hotels with a no fuss salad for breakfast which means no dressing, no cream, no potato, cheese separate, just veggies and leaves. Also the ususal cereal, milk, tea/coffee, cheese selection, delictious bacon etc. Free tea/coffee machine at reception 24 hours, very useful. Room was clean, we got the sound from next room but it was not for a long time. Location:could be noisy in the front of the street but we had a back room so all fine.

Some of the staff did not seem well trained, but all except one were very professional and helpful.

Hotel needs complete renovation

The staff and breakfast only deserve positive revue. Breakfast does not have big different options, but what it has is of good quality and at the end suitable for everyone. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Location for those wanting to be close to city center is fine. Location, staff and breakfast saved hotel from getting a 1.0.

All the carpets and chairs in the room, and breakfast area have stains. At least beds are clean, but are really hard. Bathroom has a bath which is so high that entring and especially exiting might be dangerous for slipping. The ventilation in the bathroom is loud, but luckily stops as soon as you turn off the light. Also the ceiling in bathroom is so low that those above 195cm will have troubles showering when standing. Wifi is so slow that it is useless. The really high price (183€ per night for 1 person) and nice pictures on net did not meet expectations. Far from it. They should renovate hotel or update pictures.

Best deal for this price. No any complaints

The biggest advantage is the location. Close to Center but in a quite street. Everything else was good as well: clean, well equipped room, nice personal, best deal for this price in the city.

Keep in mind, that city tax was not included to the booking price, so be ready to pay 4,5 € per person when checking in.

Nice and convenient for the City Centre

We were driving so easy to pull into the garage entrance, walk into the hotel, check in, leave your luggage by the lift and drive into the basement car park, simples..for the city centre, out the door turn right, walk over the bridge and your on the edge of it..excellent

Fab location. Great staff. Great coffee. I’d a room at the rear of the hotel. I stayed in this neighbourhood before and appreciated this time as I didn’t hear the Friday and Saturday night crowds heading home after their night out.

Floors/carpets could have been cleaner. Some things need updating (shower door could not close fully). Would recommend regular checks of rooms to ensure all facilities work as it should (one bed side lamp light bulb needed replacing. Coffee machine didn’t reach power plug on the wall). Walls were thin, could hear person next door talking during the night.

Good location, Bad Service. Buyer Beware!

The breakfast was good and the location is excellent.

The room was advertised as having AC. There was no AC. There were no duvet covers. We went to the front desk and requested duvet covers and duvets for the two of four beds that were missing duvets. We were told they would bring them up but never did. We slept without duvets or any top covering. The lights in the bathroom stopped functioning. There was also a fire alarm that caused us to vacate the room and hotel just shortly after checking in. We were charged for the breakfast even though it was supposed to be included in our rate and didn’t discover they had charged us for breakfast until after we’d checked out and looked at the bank account. All in all a bad experience and can’t recommend this hotel to others.

very noisy street. There seem to be no windows. we slept very poorly, as there were drunk loud people walking around the streets all night, since there is a street with bars nearby. we read comments about it being noisy, but didn't think it would be that bad. This is no joke, rest assured that you will wake up several times during the night. There is a clogged drain in the shower stall, you can immediately see that there is a lot of hair inside, so when you take a shower, the water drains slowly and you stand ankle-deep in water. it's disgusting. Also know that this hotel will only have men's shower gel.

The location is awesome! It’s near the heart of the city and at the same time there is very silent even when there are parties in the centre. The personnel was extremely friendly and supportive. The price is nice as well

Bad room cleaning service. They seem to die not change the bed sheets after previous guests and did not do it as well when we explicitly asked for cleaning via the green tag on a door. The shower head in our room fell off a couple of times. The Wi-Fi was disconnecting every time I locked my phone screen.

Great stay in Eindhoven.

The structure was incredibly close to the train station (around 20 mins), which makes it easy to navigate the city on foot. The staff was very nice and available, as I did contact them to change the time of checking-in. The room itself was dreamy. Very modern furniture and spacious even for two people. Very clean and bright. Provided hair-dryer, towels, body wash and tea.

We found a bug in the room - I am not scared of bugs so didn't bother me that much but still something that may upset some visitors. We didn't select the breakfast option as a bit expensive for our liking.
