not worthy, I paid much more than it deserves

beds are absolutely uncomfortable, sinky mattresses and huge hard pillows, light is too low, might be good for sleeping only, nothing else. we booked four nights 2 rooms and on the day of checkout we asked for 1 hour they said it should be for extra charge!! l

Very good for quick stay in the city

The breakfast disappointed me, the bread and warm food was great but the orange juice was not good and i couldn’t drink coffee in the very early morning before work because i have lactose intolerance and the oat-milk or any other plant based milk wasn’t available

Short city break

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Excellent location near both railway station and city centre. Good and varied breakfast.

I found the bed, and especially the pillows extremely uncomfortable. Had asked for a quiet room, and was on a higher floor, however, “booming” dance music from a properly opposite kept us awake till 3am on the Saturday.

Nice stay overall, not during a marathon

Staff was nice. Room is spacious enough but a little outdated. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom is small and outdated but clean. There was a bath/shower situation requiring you to climb over it, which might not be ideal for many people. Unfortunately there was a marathon going on in the city, blocking the main street in front of the hotel and limiting the access, creating lots of noise. Not pleasant at all, it really spoiled our vacation. It's not the hotel's fault of course, but yet no communication was given and no advice on how to get to the hotel since the roads were completely unaccessible for cars.

Disappointing stay, far below expectations

Location: The hotel is located in the city center

Breakfast is rather limited, with few products available, sometimes of questionable quality, and often not fully cooked or carefully prepared. Rooms are not cleaned daily unless specifically requested. There were no clear signs in the room regarding this, which led to confusion. Furthermore, the refrigerator was turned off and could not be turned on. I understand and agree with the importance of environmental sustainability, but certain choices should not be imposed without prior communication. To avoid unpleasant surprises, it would be appropriate to inform the guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, this was not the case. To make matters worse, there were signs in the room intended for another guest, a sign of poor management. Overall cleanliness was poor: the room was visibly dusty and neglected. The room proved uncomfortable: noise from adjacent rooms, combined with a constant and repetitive alarm signal from another room throughout the night, made sleep extremely difficult and disturbed. The situation was so bad that we had to go to reception in person to seek a solution.

Good location!

The location is great for sightseeing! It s near the station, the phillips museum and the centre. The furniture are relatively new and the room was nice.

The reception staff was not very friendly. No handsoap. They offered as complementary water but no bottle opener. The toilet seat was faulty.

They steal from luggage

no matter how much money was stolen from me, someone from the staff searches through tourists' luggage, maybe finds something to steal. I could have left no money in my luggage, someone from the hotel staff with access to the room ignored the Do Not Disturb sign and rummaged through the luggage. Shame on you, leonardo hotel in eindhoven.

Cosy, comfortable, convenient and affordable

The room was very cosy and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Great location close to the station and large supermarket. I like that it had a mini fridge and ironing board and iron. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay again

Unpleasant experience with other guests broke in my room.

Location is really good, 5 minute walk to Eindhoven central station and surrounded with restaurants and places to chill, quite nice facility, clean room and comfy.

The front desk gave other guests room key to my room, and they just broke in while I was almost asleep, which is extremely uncomfortable and disappointing, left me a whole night sleeping in panic. No hotel employee's apology after that incident, not even when checking out while I told them what happened was extremely unpleasant.

Location was excellent, hotel is extremely close to train station, bus shuttle to airport and all the shops. So many restaurants, shops. I loved Eindhoven.

I went there for the women's champions league finals. Fortunately our team stayed just across the street, so we saw everyhing. Also there was gathering in front of the hotel for the supporters - we really enjoyed that-.
