Fine.

The room was good, we were stopping over on a long drive and it was about halfway. We were able to book with no problems, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful when we arrived. No parking on-site, but that wasn't a problem because the hotel sent an email with info on where to park. It was a couple of minutes' walk away.

We booked our room a couple of days before our stay, but the hotel was unable to offer a table in its restaurant. This would have been fine, but it was a Friday night and every restaurant in town was packed! So we ended up having to get room service. It would have been really useful to know this beforehand, but nobody mentioned it would be a good idea to try to book something. Also, the "city view" room we had was quite noisy because of the traffic on the road directly outside.

We asked for housekeeping, cleaning service, when we came back, cleaning was very minimal, toilet was almost untouched.

The team at this hotel is exceptional. A fantastically warm welcome at reception, a friendly and helpful house keeping team (even when I was too stupid to know how to switch on the espresso machine in the room!!) and a lovely team and environment in the rooftop bar and restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Thanks for a very memorable stay.

The hotel is just 3 minutes from the train station and close to bars, restaurants and cafes, yet it’s really quiet. Rooms are modern and bright. Staff are very pleasant.

Lovely hotel in a very good location between the central station and city centre. Staff were super as was the family room. Cocktails and breakfast were excellent.

Nice hotel but not 5 star service/policies from NH collection

Great location and nice hotel + rooftop bar

We were not given twin beds despite requesting twice whilst in correspondence with the hotel. They didn't offer a good solution (two duvets no other offers). And no upgrades or bonuses to make the visit more accommodating for their error. Expensive hotel and seemingly a bit restrictive on policy when looking after guests. Disappointed in the room situation but otherwise all okay for a short break (but it wasn't a 5 star experience)

Great central location with some minor faults.

Great location. 10m walk from the railway station. Great service. Rooftop bar. Right in the center which is both good and bad (noise). If you are not planning to party till late I would think some other places could be better. There is always fresh water and some snacks in the lobby which is nice.

The audio/video setup was a bit confusing but it could be just me. Room layout a bit annoying as the room was divided by a long desk which did not have much use as you had little space between both beds (it is probably different when you have 2 pax occupancy we had the added bed not the sofa). The coffee area is hard to access. Our coffee machine did not work and although we asked this was not fixed.

a large and conveniently placed hotel

The hotel is very close to the central bus and train stations and the restaurants. The room was available before check-in, which mattered a lot. We didn't have to leave our luggage and come back, so we didn't waste time. Everything was excellent, we didn't have breakfast because we had to leave early the next day, and we only stayed for one night.

The air conditioning made a slight noise at night and could not be turned off. I asked for twin beds and got a matrimonial bed. When I checked in, I was requested to pay, which I had previously done the day before. There was some confusion between the two front desk employees. Finally, they double-checked the payment and only requested the city tax.

Disappointing

Indonesian staff member at the restaurant for breakfast was really friendly

2 days in a row (from the 6 days) maintenance had to come in the room at 10,00 to repair/carry out maintenance on the airco in the room. Each night there was a noise coming from the airco (crackling) and the airco was not cooling the room that well so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable.

Perfection in Eindhoven! Stay Here If You Want to Enjoy!

EVERYTHING! The room was huge with a bathtub overlooking a square. Beautiful beds and bedding and a huge bathroom with massive shower. They left us water and chocolates and an awesome gift bag for kids with ribber duckies! I mean my kids loved the whole experience. Breakfast was sick. Salmon, cheeses, cereals and meats and the BEST APPLE RUM RAISIN PIE I've had in my life. The 13th floor Vane restaurant is the most beautiful place to have your coffee and staff was exceptional. MASJA THANK YOU for the recommendation for the Speelpark de Splinter for kids, we loved it! This is the BEST hotel I've stayed in for a while where service, quality lodging and location are all 10/10. Bravo guys! Eindhoven was made perfect due to our stay with you

Gorgeous, luxurious hotel in the city centre.

I loved this hotel from the moment I was greeted by the fantastic front of house staff. Very sweet and professional. The room was gorgeous and spacious. Breakfast was great.

Lack of soundproofing means if you’re not out partying in the weekend, you’ll be hearing all those who are until 2/3am if on the lower ground floors facing the street.

Superb

The hotel is at an excellent location to discover the city. Staff is friendly and everything is well organised. Rooms are very modern and equipped to standards. You can have rooms with an impressive bathtub with good view on the city. The rooftop bar and restaurant really tops it of.

Although the rooftop bar is a must visit I was a bit disappointed by the price/quality of the cocktail bar. I was expecting much more variety, also the cocktails were small given their relative high price.
