Bad: lack of basic facilities, poor hygiene and unprofessional staff

The beds were ok, the hotel is close to the station, the swimming pool is ok, though there is no sauna.

Lack of basic facilities, poor hygiene and unprofessional staff, not worth the 210 euro per night. 1. A nasty issue occurred during my stay that was not solved professionally. Basic facilities were lacking - both the soap and shampoo dispenser were empty, which I only discovered when in the shower, with my long hair soaking wet. The only other soap dispenser was fixed to the wall and out of reach, so I had no other choice than to step out and wait -with wet hair- for the staff to resolve the issue, which took about 30 minutes. 2. The experience was highly unpleasant, the hotel failed to provide a basic facility. The response of the staff was unprofessional: it took long, and I got no serious apologies or reasonable compensation. 3. Further, there was mould in the bathroom and above the window, which is unacceptable fromt the hygiene perspective.

Clean, spacious but noisy room. Average stay.

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The location was good too, walking distance from the centre of Eindhoven.

I had expected the rooms to be quieter. You could easily hear the tv and/or people talking in the room next to us. While I don't mind that if its at a reasonable time, when its in the middle of the night, it is very annoying. The noise from the road outside the hotel was easy to hear as well. Parking isn't cheap either.

Clean, swimmingpool!, good breakfast and comfy bed.

It was a nice surprise that there was a clean large swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The lobby had a very nice set up with couches to sit and hang out for a bit.

It would be nice if one could have a cup of coffee after breakfast from the same machine and not be charged Euro 4,60. That was a bit confusing. The people at the welcome desk were efficient, but I would love to be greeted with a bit more joy.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms very comfortable and well cleaned, in line with expectations. Bonus points for the beds which were a cloud to sleep on! Thank you for the hospitality

Comfortable and spacious rooms

We were visiting the Park Hilaria fairground and this hotel was the perfect location, only a short walk away. We were not charged for parking either which was really nice (it is advertised as being a paid car park but I believe the barrier may have been broken). Reception area very modern, rooms comfortable and a good size.

Was all together a great stay, worth the price. Would pick this hotel and room again.

The Hotel is located really close to the train and bus station in the center of the city with walking distance to some great restaurants and sights to see. The room was big and comfortable with a nice bathroom with a shower, and the bed was huge and really comfortable.

The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everyone walking and talking up and down the hallways, and a floor above and below you.

1st room i was put in had it's sink clogged and it smelled funny. 2nd room was fine, but i had to go multiple times to the reception, because the key for the room stopped working with no apparent reason.

The location is great. Comfortable room

The room had no chair to seat only one small one for the desk and when we asked for another one we were told that they were missing a few and that we had to pick up one from downstairs and that we would be charged. We found a ripped towel in the bathroom. Basic things like slippers were not available. Also we didn’t know before hand that there is a significant charge for parking.

I’ve had expected more than we had received.

The breakfast is nice with lots of variety. The view is panoramic from the whole city.

The pool is out of order, they said that it’s being renovated. You couldn’t easily find the facilities, ie the gym. We had booked for another type of room but they gave us another one smaller and with one bed, although we had booked with two beds. In addition the complimentary bottle of water had rust on it.

The Holiday Inn came through for me when I was in a bind. Their facilities exceeded my expectations

Location was very good. Close to the city centre and right on bicycle paths that I made use of. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and bigger than I expected. I would happily stay at this location again if I am in the city.

There wasn't anything that I had a major issue with. The window cleaner playing music outside my windows at 8am isn't fun but I would never ask the hotel not to wash the windows. My room key not opening the side door is a minor inconvenience.

- Room was good, spacious and clean. - The bed and sofa-bed for the 3rd person were comfy with a lot of pillows. - The room was with coffee, I love this small detail ;) - The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon availability we could get a early check-in and late checkout which was really convenient for us. - Location was superb, close to the train station and city centre. 5 minutes walking.

Access to the Hotel by car. Seems that you need to pay immediately you enter. We had to park the car outside and carry all the luggage until the reception.

Provided wrong room with wrong beds, had to change again for another room but was with a bath instead of a shower as requested, charged the city tax even if I was living in eindhoven, unexperienced staff, and unclear about the cost of the breakfast. Spent almost the same as the hotel fee just for the car park and 4 breakfast in two days. Beds uncomfortable and poor sound isolation of the rooms. The sink of the second room was also half broken. Resulting in spryed water of the air! They should have put a sign in it caution open carefully! Best regards
