It was a nice surprise that there was a clean large swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The lobby had a very nice set up with couches to sit and hang out for a bit.
It would be nice if one could have a cup of coffee after breakfast from the same machine and not be charged Euro 4,60. That was a bit confusing.
The people at the welcome desk were efficient, but I would love to be greeted with a bit more joy.

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The location was good too, walking distance from the centre of Eindhoven.
I had expected the rooms to be quieter. You could easily hear the tv and/or people talking in the room next to us. While I don't mind that if its at a reasonable time, when its in the middle of the night, it is very annoying. The noise from the road outside the hotel was easy to hear as well.
Parking isn't cheap either.
