Attention to detail, cleanliness, location, parking and above all, the surprises.

A perfect place if you are not warming food or cooking.

It was a very clean and well set up place and Mr. Freek was extremely supportive. I liked the duplex setting with the bedroom and bath and toilet on the upper floor. I also liked that the 'suite' had an independent entrance. A small issue with not being able to open the door easily was resolved by Mr. Freek showing that it just needed a little more of a pull. The best part was a wonderful set of free drinks - water (still and sparkling), fizzies (Coke and Fanta), Beer and even a bottle of bubbly (Pity I couldn't find the time and mental frame to open that by myself). Biscuits or savoury twirls were renewed everyday. Felt spoilt almost - I wish I had more time to spend in the room.

No microwave or a hob/induction stove. With one or both of these - it would really be a perfect place but considering the rest of the facilities I am sure there were clear reasons for not making cooking facilities available

Wonderful stay in a charming Dutch home

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is excellent — the city center is within walking distance, yet the house is situated in a quiet, peaceful side street. The building itself is beautiful, a lovely example of Dutch-style architecture. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful in every situation. I forgot to thank them in person, but we truly appreciated the delicious cheese platter we received as a complimentary gift — such a thoughtful gesture! As a bonus, PSV Eindhoven won the Dutch championship during our stay, so we also got a taste of how the locals celebrate such a great event, which made the experience even more memorable. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and we would happily return anytime. Thank you again for everything!

Loved everything about our stay.The place was amazing,the room was spacious,comfortable and both the room and bathroom were of a very high standard of cleanliness.Loved the extra touches in the room,drinks supplied in the mini bar and snacks in the room.Breakfast delivered to our room at the time which we specified was delicious and of excellent quality.

The hospitality truly was above all expectations.

The location was terrific. Easily walkable to all the attractions and restaurants in town. The rooms were very, very clean and well kept. The breakfast he served was first class and probably the best we have had. It was just the most personallized and hospitable experience.

This property is just perfect. Close to everything that we needed, easy to find and providing all the facilities. It’s chic, cozy and super clean. The host was friendly and helpful, he provided minibar and breakfast that we didn’t even know it was included. I recommend this property and host with all my heart!

Excellent airbnb, one of the best I’ve been in!

I found it easy to wheel a big suitcase a bit more than 10 mins from the train station. Location was handy for central eindhoven locations. Layout of the room was great, with a separate door direct to the street. Clever door to house to receive excellent breakfast also. Good shower good bed
