Well Equipped & Great Location

Good location to explore the entire town, well equipped for the most part, and parking for a daily fee is available. It is is not a 5 star luxury stay, but very nice apartments and a good value considering all of the above.

Not a dealbreaker considering the apartments were very nice, but I recommend to the host to work on his communication and soft skills (i.e. not getting snarky when we ask questions about parking, because god forbid he previously answered the question one month prior to checkin). I would also be wary of nickle and diming (i.e. charing 1 euro each for consuming any of the bottles he left in the fridge, although it was unclear if we would even be charged). The host should heed my advice, because this could be a turn off for other travelers. The host would be better off adding a keypad for self checkin and checkout, and just be clear with the time window for when checkin/checkout is available. This way he does not have to engage with anybody, and will reduce the risk of ruining the experience of otherwise great apartments.

Beautiful apartments in the very center of Piacenza.

Beautiful apartments in the very center of Piacenza - just 5-10 minutes walk from the central square. Your own dedicated parking space in the yard is a big plus. You can pick up the keys upon arrival at the key box - they sent detailed instructions for check-in in advance. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. We recommend Due Altalene - excellent pasta with seafood.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the room quickly. We arrived during the day and by evening the apartment was still a bit hot. In addition, there is only one AC internal unit, located in the living room and it cools mainly living room while less cold air gets into the bedroom. It should be borne in mind that we arrived on days of extreme heat, perhaps in a normal summer everything is OK.

Superb apartment with everything provided, right in the centre of Piacenza

Spotlessly clean, secure, large apartment with everything provided, as in an aparthotel. Access by car is easy despite being in the centre of historic Piacenza, and the property has secure car parking. There are two apartments available; we were in #2 which has a balcony (good for getting some fresh air or for smokers, but there's no view). There is space in the street-level hallway to leave bicycles safely. The immediate area is full of real places to eat (no chains), smart clothes shops, and historic sites. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Beautiful modern apartment, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Close to the city centre. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Well sized kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for 4 people.

Superb

The apartment is very well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable. There is also secure parking in the backyard free of extra charge. The apartment is at the edge of the old town and you can reach all sights by foot. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

great flat in the centre of Piacenza

Very comfortable little apartment, a few steps away from the historical centre. it has everything you need for a short and also long stay. the host is very nice, communication works well and he comes greet you at check-in. we would go back any time!

no elevator, only narrow and steep staircase. not a problem for us, but it can be difficult with big luggage. the bed was not very comfortable.

nice flat, well appointed and in central location. just a couple of small maintenance issues. someone has stolen the plug from the washbasin and the shower door does not close fully.

Tolles Apartment um die Stadt zu erkunden

Sehr schönes Appartement, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Tolles, saniertes Badezimmer inclusive Waschmaschine. Küche mit allem was benötigt wird gut ausgestattet. Fußgängerzone in 2 Minuten entfernt. Parkplatz für 10,- zubuchbar in Tiefgarage, Einzelgarage. Wir konnten sogar viel früher einchecken Vermieter konnte problemlos kontaktiert werden. Gerne wieder. Kleiner Aussenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit vorhanden.

Bellissimo appartamento a un passo dal centro

Appartamento pulitissimo, ben arredato e attrezzato, non manca davvero niente. Comoda la terrazza per chi come noi fuma e per un momento di relax all aperto. La possibilità del parcheggio privato non ha prezzo! A un passo dalla zona pedonale e dal centro. Daniele un ottimo host, disponibile e gentilissimo! Se ne avremo occasione torneremo sicuramente!
