A small clean and practical room in a good location near the train station suitable for a short stay in Piacenza.

The room I stayed in was a bit narrow so there wasn't much space to walk past the end of the bed.

Comfortable, good location and clean

The location is great, near the train station and walkable to the city center. The room was clean comfortable and well furnished. The keys easy to access, fast and organised.

The only inconvenient I found was the room was next to the main entrance so the noise of the main door was uncomfortable when people get in and out during the night.

Never again. Just take a look at the foto of the main entrance.

There was nobody there to open us the door. So we paid, but we were not able to enter the "hotel". Be careful bevor booking this.

That the door was closed and none opened us. Il willl book this hotel never again. Furthermore it is very near to the train station and no possibility to park your bike or your car.

Terrible

Wee was staying 1hour in front of the hotel room,in the middle of the night,becouse wee arrived from Hungary,after a long-long travel. There is self check-in system,and our keybox dosen’t worck. I was call the owner,and he said that he don’t have what to do and i have to call to Booking for refound my money. Wee had to sleep in the car,becouse that was the only one availabel room in the town.

Letto e cuscini scomodi . Aria condizionata sempre accesa per raggiungere buona temperatura. Finestra in bagno non si chiudeva bene. Lavandino in bagno troppo piccolo.

　エアコンは30°にしても暖かくならない寒い上に3人で宿泊しているのに、毛布は２枚しかない　シャワーのお湯が出ないので、施設に問い合わせると疑問に思われやり方が悪いかの様に言われ、散々やり取りのあと前の客が潰したと説明しその後もこうしたら直るとまだ言って来る　結局、明日フライトが早いのに20:00前にキャンセルし別のホテルを探すはめに… 　最後のメッセージはキャンセル費用はホテル持ちだから十分な対応だろうと… 　私の知るホテルなら、ホテルが違うホテルを手配してくれて当たり前… 　過去、最悪のホテルでした　結構、原因が分かりながらのやり取りの時間、ホテル手配、移動等の時間を返せ

Funcional, pero no demasiado cómoda.

La ubicación, muy próxima al centro de la ciudad y la estación de tren. Había una cafetera para el desayuno. Buen wifi.

La cama era realmente incómoda. Y ocupaban tanto que apenas se podía ir al otro lado de la habitación. La nevera no enfriaba. El lavabo era realmente pequeño.

Ho chiesto al proprietario di poter fare il check-in un po’ prima del previsto ed è stato gentilissimo nell’accogliere la mia richiesta. La posizione è buonissima.

La pecca è la presenza di qualche insetto e il lavandino del bagno è veramente troppo piccolo, a stento ci si lava la faccia.

Diffidare dalle foto della struttura

la struttura si trova in una posizione strategica tra la stazione e il centro storico.La stanza ,è dotata di condizionatore , mini frigo, bagno con biancheria e tavolo ed è stata pulita tutti i giorni.

premetto nel dire che nonostante sia stato richiesto appena arrivati una pulizia più approfondita data la visibile matassa di capelli aderenti all’uscio della porta , la camera non è mai stata pulita a fondo poiché i capelli sono rimasti per i cinque giorni successivi nello stesso identico punto. consiglio alla proprietaria: - di essere più chiara nelle foto e nella descrizione esposta su booking , il tutto è fuorviante poiché si crede di prenotare una camera dotata di servizi per cucinare , mentre al suo interno è presente solo una macchinetta del caffè - di dare una svecchiata ai letti che sono letteralmente sfondati e alle lenzuola bucate Esposto il problema della pulizia e della mancanza di un mini piano cottura o un forno a microonde , dovendo soggiornare per lavoro 5 giorni , ella è stata particolarmente spiacevole a rimarcare che l’errore sia stato solo di chi aveva male interpretato le foto e la descrizione della stanza , infastidendosi non poco di aver posto le domande sulla chat dell’app di booking , adatta proprio a comunicare con l’host . Non capisco il motivo del fastidio se non la malafede della stessa. Inutile dire che non la consiglierei per la qualità / prezzo che offre .

Dreckig und heruntergekommene Unterkunft.

Die Lage war super. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Die Bewertungen hier wohl alle schon älter und dementsprechend mag die Unterkunft mal gepflegt und sauber gewesen sein, ist es aber leider nicht mehr. Alles ist sehr heruntergekommen und schimmelig im Bad. Das Bettzeug und der Boden waren dreckig und insgesamt war alles sehr heruntergekommen. Die Bilder und Bewertungen, haben da leider zu viel versprochen. War ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht da.

Hotel limpo, bem localizado e equipo muito gentil.

Hotel bem localizado. Fica a poucos minutos de caminhada da estação de trem. O quarto estava limpo e organizado. No quarto havia biscoito, café e águe de cortesia. Tal detalhe me agradou muito. A proprietária me deixou fazer o checkin antecipado sem custo extra. Foi uma atitude muito gentil.

As escadas para acessar os quartos me incomodaram, pois eu tinha bastante bagagem.

Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Camera pulita, abbiamo potuto entrare anche prima del check in per lasciare i bagagli

Prima plek voor een nacht op doorreis

Er was airco en in de basis gemakken voorzien.

De luxe kamer had geen koelkastje en geen koffiezetapparaat. Parkeren kan in de directe omgeving maar niet bij het appartement zelf.

Prijs kwaliteit is absoluut ok!

Goedkope kamer geboekt voor een nacht onderweg naar Firenze. De kamer was basic maar wel zeer proper. Er is een koelkast met water en espresso apparaat met cups aanwezig. Een goeie douche en voldoende handdoeken.

De buurt waar de kamers zijn gelegen (stationsbuurt) is wat afgelegen maar op 15 min lopen sta je in het bruisende centrum.

Nur sehr kleiner Kühlschrank, der nicht richtig kühlt, unbequemes Bett, sehr kleines/beengtes Zimmer, Wasser in Dusche wird nicht richtig warm, Waschbecken zu klein
